Planned Parenthood is delighted with Rolling Stone magazine. They’re sending around a link to the hippie rag. Andrea Grimes penned what might be the most deluded clause of the year: “the myth that Planned Parenthood is a baby-killing behemoth persists, despite all evidence to the contrary.”

That makes as much sense as the magazine's false tale of gang rape at the University of Virginia.

Last night, Saturday Night Live used its cold opening skit to wade into the Planned Parenthood scandal and the “stomach churning” undercover videos released by the Center for Medical Progress. SNL opened with a skit featuring a recreation of Fox and Friends and cast member Vanessa Bayer initially tried to downplay the videos. While portraying Elizabeth Hasselbeck, Bayer joked that Planned Parenthood was “selling baby parts on Snapchat.”

In the largest security detail in American history, there's no such thing as a "chance" meeting. But that's exactly what the media is claiming took place between Pope Francis and Kentucky's Kim Davis. Frustrated by the Pope's obvious support for the jailed clerk, the press is stirring up speculation about whether the conversation even took place.

Cradle Catholic Chris Matthews devoted a segment of his Oct. 7 Hardball program to furthering Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton's attack line against Republicans supporting a select-committee investigation into Planned Parenthood. Clinton likened the probe to the select committee investigating Benghazi. Joining in on the fun was liberal Rep. Loretta Sanchez (D-Calif.).

In January, House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi was asked by a reporter if an unborn baby at 20 weeks is a human being. She shot back that when she was a new member of Congress, someone quipped, “Nancy Pelosi thinks she knows more about having babies than the pope.” She added, “Yeah. That would be true.”

That same smarter-than-the-pontiff feminist arrogance unfolded again on October 1, a few days after Planned Parenthood boss Cecile Richards testified to Congress regarding that group’s fetal body parts-for-profit scandal. Sam Dorman of our news outlet CNSNews.com asked Pelosi a very simple and pertinent question. “In reference to funding for Planned Parenthood: Is an unborn baby with a human heart and a human liver a human being?”

During a Tuesday appearance on ABC’s The View, liberal co-hosts Joy Behar and Whoopi Goldberg repeatedly lectured Dr. Ben Carson on his pro-life views with Behar telling the GOP presidential candidate the GOP should be “applauding Planned Parenthood.” The View host obnoxiously wondered “[a]re you against birth control too?”

Continuing to show viewers that the routine mocking of conservatives wouldn’t end with Jon Stewart’s departure, new Daily Show host Trevor Noah savaged the pro-life movement on Monday night and lamented that they aren’t devout advocates for gun control which Noah argued is “an issue where the facts” would be “actually on their side.”

To put it mildly, Planned Parenthood is in the middle of a public relations nightmare and they only seem to be digging themselves deeper with time. I doubt Hollywood can save the ship, but that won’t stop them from portraying the nation’s leading abortion provider as a victim. Enter last night's Quantico episode, titled “America," in which the FBI Academy trainees are given an exercise where they must decipher a terrorist plot after being given a room full of clues. What do you think our brave stars uncovered? If you guessed one was radical anti-abortionist wants to burn down the Planned Parenthood clinic where her daughter received an abortion, congratulations! You’ve won a prize.

Pro-life activists around my home near Manassas, Virginia are celebrating that the town’s abortion clinic, Amethyst Health Center for Women, has closed. I wondered if this news had been located by The Washington Post, with wailing and gnashing of teeth. I hadn’t seen it on my own. A Nexis search confirms there’s been no discovery.

According to local Fox station WTTG, Amethyst is closing because the owner has decided to retire. The 76-year-old widow wanted to remain anonymous but told Fox her reason for shutting down. She said, “When you are in this line of work, you know, I have fought a battle for 27 years. And I did it with love in my heart to help the women. But comes a time in life that you retire.”

Of all the hits Planned Parenthood has taken lately, none must be more demoralizing than the one coming from, of all places, The Washington Post. Really.

In the wake of Tuesday’s congressional hearings on defunding America’s largest abortion mill, the Post took to “fact-checking” some of the claims PP supporters have been making – specifically regarding the non-abortion services the organization provides.

Reporters who dare to ask pro-abortion politicians if an unborn baby is a human being are now being called “abortion protesters” -- by the liberal media, that is.

At a press conference Thursday morning, journalist Sam Dorman from MRC’s news division, CNS News, asked Rep. Nancy Pelosi a question about abortion. For daring to challenge the abortion-supporting House Minority Leader, reporter Kelsey Snell of The Washington Post misrepresented the CNS reporter as “an abortion protester” in her headline and story of the event.

Chris Matthews on Thursday, filling in for Andrea Mitchell on Andrea Mitchell Reports, interviewed Congressman Jason Chaffetz. Rather than discussing the current investigation, which the Congressman leads, into Planned Parenthood's finances, Matthews grilled Chaffetz on his opinion of the stillborn footage included in a Center for Medical Progress video. He also lectured Chaffetz to watch more Hardball
