On today's Morning Joe, Mika Brzezinski suffered a bad bout of PKSD: Post Kiss Stress Disorder. 

After a clip was rolled of John Boehner blowing kisses at a reporter, Mika got all verklempt, exclaiming "I know a lot of dirty old men who did that to me. I'm throwing up. That brought back bad memories."   Things got so bad for poor Mika that she eventually fled the set and had to be coaxed back.

When on his Bloomberg TV show today it came John Heilemann's turn to comment on a clip of Hillary from a speech to a women's conference in Silicon Valley yesterday, I sincerely thought he was going to criticize Clinton's canned delivery.

But to my amazement, Heilemann hailed Hillary as "much looser, much more spontaneous, much funnier" than she's been in the past.  Talk about the soft bigotry of low expectations! Have a look at the video and judge Hillary's delivery for yourself.

In 2009, the satirical newspaper The Onion published a compilation entitled "Our Front Pages: 21 Years of Greatness, Virtue, and Moral Rectitude From America's Finest News Source." Editors chose, of all people, NBC Nightly News anchor Brian Williams for the task of writing a foreward. 

David Axelrod’s admission, that Barack Obama dissembled on his real position on same-sex marriage, “is prompting a whole new round of fact-checking,” fill-in host Shannon Bream noted on Friday’s Special Report on FNC. She was setting up a clip from NBC’s Tonight Show applying a “truth” versus “lie” test to other statements by Obama.  

Two videos tonight: First, Weather Channel “reporters had very little trouble filling 24 hours of storm coverage,” FNC’s Bret Baier explained Wednesday night in a setting up a compilation video produced by ABC’s Jimmy Kimmel Live, but “how valuable that reporting is, you decide.” Second, on Monday, Senator Rand Paul told CNBC anchor Kelly Evans to “shush.” On Wednesday night, CBS’s Late Show with David Letterman showed shushing a “celebrity” very deserving of such an admonition.
