Those who weighed in on this Covington Catholic High School student story include some members of the Catholic clergy, Catholic lay leaders, and non-Catholics. Some were temperate in their remarks and some were vicious. Some have issued a full-throated apology, while others have offered less than a complete apology. Others are sticking to their guns. Two persons went off the cliff.

Bozell and Graham Column on 2017: The Year of Media Freakouts

December 26th, 2017 10:42 PM
The year 2017 unfolded into a massive surprise to liberals, who fully expected that before Christmas we would (a) all die in a nuclear war over Donald Trump’s tweets, or (b) be swearing in President Pence after Trump was impeached or petulantly quit because the news media were full of meanies. More than ever, the media see themselves as valiant tellers of truth. More than ever, most Americans peg…

Remember when the left proudly hailed former President Barack Obama as a "Lightworker?" Time magazine was so in awe of Obama that they even compared him to Jesus, complete with halo pictures. And yet Reza Aslan, former host of CNN's Believer, is now…

Bozell & Graham Column: The CNN 'Scholar' Throwing Excrement

June 6th, 2017 10:29 PM
CNN wants to brand itself as the "one nonpartisan cable news network." But that would be false. It's refuted by partisans like CNN host Reza Aslan who tweeted Donald Trump was "this piece of s--t." CNN lamely sent out a flack to say Aslan was not a “CNN employee” – as if this meant anything. Aslan “apologized” by insisting “that’s not like me” to respond in such a “derogatory fashion.” That is…
