Appearing on Monday's NBC Today, lawyer Robert Sheehan, one of the defense attorneys for former murder suspect Lois Goodman, managed to attack GOP strategist Karl Rove while asserting that the charges recently dropped against Goodman would not be re-filed: "Anybody who thinks that this case is gonna be reopened can go count votes with Karl Rove in Ohio."
Co-host Matt Lauer didn't seem fazed at all by the gratuitous slam of Rove that had no connection to the topic at hand.
Karl Rove

How can someone who garnered nearly 60 million votes in a recent presidential election not be considered the least bit influential? As inexplicable as it sounds, that's what GQ Magazine declared when it selected Mitt Romney to headline its annual list of the 25 most uninspiring and insignificant people of the year. According to the author however, they were ranked in no particular order, "because all zeros are created equal."
Seeing a perfect opportunity to have a little fun at the expense of others, the hosts of MSNBC's The Cycle compiled their own list on Thursday. Token conservative S.E. Cupp appeared to have taken the assignment literally with a clip that introduced the world to a mild-mannered man from Indiana. Krystal Ball and Touré Neblett followed, and having some inkling of where their heads were at -- Cupp pleaded with them not to pick her. Instead they chose Karl Rove and Rush Limbaugh respectively, gloating about how wrong they both were about Romney's legitimate chance to emerge victorious.

The Simpsons took a swipe at Karl Rove and the Fox News Channel Sunday.
As Fox's hit animated series began, lead character Bart was in his classroom writing repeatedly on the blackboard "I will not concede the election till Karl Rove gives me permission" (video follows with commentary):

Last week Bill Maher warned Mitt Romney supporters, "Black people know who you are and they will come after you."
On HBO's Real Time Friday, the host said that Republicans reacted to Obama's victory Tuesday like they "just found out that their wife is f--king a black guy" (video follows with transcript and commentary):

David Letterman took a swipe at Karl Rove and the Koch brothers Thursday.
During his opening monogue on the CBS Late Show, the host said, "Don't be surprised if you read that Karl Rove was beaten up by the Koch brothers" (video follows with transcript):

As NBC anchor Brian Williams appeared as a guest on Wednesday's The Late Show on CBS, host David Letterman charged that Republican political strategist Karl Rove "lied to" and tried to "frighten" the electorate in 2012, referring to the former George W. Bush strategist as a "tubby little weasel." Letterman:

Ever notice how liberals never seem to have a problem with genuine evil and instead use the word to describe those who don't share their rarefied opinions?
Libtalker Bill Press provided an example of this on his radio show yesterday, venting about the Koch brothers, Karl Rove, Sheldon Adelson and Foster Friess for their alleged nefarious plans to seize control of the country through its politics (video after page break) --

It has been over six years since David Shuster consulted his inner Jason Leopold and boldly predicted that "I am convinced that Karl Rove will, in fact, be indicted." Apparently the bitterness of having to publicly eat crow has lingered to this day to the point that Shuster continues to be obsessed over the fact that the non-indictment of Rove turned him into a laughingstock condemned to the reportorial hell of the no-rated Current TV. Shuster's bile overflows in his Huffington Post Open Letter to Karl Rove slamming him for daring to call ObamaCare's Medicare scheme a cut:

Fifty years from now, everyone will agree that Karl Rove committed treason by revealing the identity of CIA "spy" Valerie Plame, tea partiers shouted the N-word at a black congressman and Duke lacrosse players gang-raped a stripper. Liberals tell whopping lies, and most conservatives can't be bothered to learn history.
In the last few days, we've heard both George Will and Charles Krauthammer, otherwise intelligent people, repeating bogus Democratic talking points about how Joe McCarthy allegedly smeared innocents with false allegations.
Who is Karl Rove? Chances are if you are a regular reader of this site, you are well aware that Rove is a Republican political operative who worked for former president George W. Bush during his time in office and before.
If you are a liberal protester showing up to protest against Karl Rove, the odds are not that great that you would know who Rove is as this great video below from The Blaze makes quite clear. In interviews with several anti-Rove demonstrators, many of them seem to have no idea who the man they supposedly hate enough to protest is:
