Obama could go to the next debate, drop his pants and dance around the stage, and the MSM would find no problem with that. In fact we would be told that it was "refreshing" and "signs of real change".

The muscle of information has been flexed with reguard to the MSM's treatment of "The One". And it has been flexed in a filterous way as to minimize any bad light being shown on "The One".

Unless someone has a video of Ayers and Obama palling around... This issue will not win the election. 

However, Videos of Democrats telling us how great sub-prime mortgages are and how regulation of them sucks and is racist will will this election.

I just hope this isn't too little too late.
McCain was foolish to not be bringing this up all along. The associations say a lot about the man and Obama has some bad ones. McCain is also foolish to not have been jumping on the fannie freddie deal immediately.

Of course they won't challenge that assumption, but when this ACORN connection comes out there will be no stopping it, and that Ayers-Obama-ACORN-Fannie Mae connection still exists.  They've honed their tactics over the years - that's the only difference...

The Ayers argument is only useful because it gets the big BO on the defensive and he says things like...

When I was a senoir in high school in '69 my girlfriend was a freshman in college. She came home one weekend telling me how cool this Marx fellow was. I began reading the Communist Manfesto. The MSM first tried to cover it up and ignore it. Now they have an 'out' to say that it's already been answered.

We also now have credible evidence that Obama willfully interfeared in US foreign policy while in his Senate office by coordination and advising Raila Odinga of Kenya in his bid for President of that country. We also have proof that he interfered with US foreign policy by secretly trying to influence the Iraqi government while they were in the middle of negotiations for the future of US troop disposition in Iraq.

But the MSM will not care about any of this and do their utmost to ignore it. And failing that, they will try and obfuscate, minimize and excuse this behavior that borders on treason.

Why is this important?  Because it demonstrates what we all have come to suspect. Ayers and Obama had a long and intimate relationship over a number of years. Obama knew who Ayers was, and did not care, because they shared the same radical ideology.

hope the reader is familiar with the acronym, SOP. It stands for
Standard Operating Procedure. It is just the way law enforcement looks
at criminal activity and are then able to determine that the same
person or persons are committing (or have committed) a crime. So have
we heard Obama and/or his surrogates deny any association with anyone
or a specific group before?

• He was in the church listening
  to Reverend Wright spew his hateful anti-American sermons, but he never
  was there when the reverend said anything controversial, until he then
  admitted that he had not been there when the particular sound bites we
  have all heard were said.
• He only knew that William Ayers
  was someone who lived in the neighborhood and when they met he had no
  idea about his terrorist activities, until today, when he admitted that
  when he met Ayers he "assumed that he had been rehabilitated."
• He
  has based his entire political career (called running for president for
  two years) on the 'experience' he had as a "Community Organizer." Until
  now when he tells us he had/has nothing to do with ACORN.
• He
  'promised' to reject public financing for his campaign, until he
  realized that he was making so much money he decided it was better for
  his campaign if he just continued to have his 'donation bundlers' and
  elite liberals continue to send him money.

I am sure you could
provide me with a lot more for this list without even breaking a sweat.
My only (well one of them) regret is that I didn't start a daily post
on just this issue. A daily 'Flip-Flop' or 'I unequivocally deny' wait, 'I admit just a little,'
wait, I'm ahead in the polls and there is only three weeks left until
the election, I admit full culpability, but no one will believe I said
that and I can call it a lie if asked, or I just won't answer the
question.

If you are truly on the fence in this election (not
just saying that because it is politically correct), then I suggest you
really take a good look at this issue. Above all I believe this one
issue speaks more to his lack of character than any other. If we cannot
believe any of his promises, then what makes you think he will keep any
