If you’ve ever wondered whether modern progressivism could create an argument so convoluted, contradictory and esoteric that it collapses on itself, we have an answer. And it comes at the expense of feminists who believe they can fight for “women’s rights” without running afoul of their own speech police.

During “All In With Chris Hayes” on June 2, the host fostered a discussion among media representatives on the “reaction to Caitlyn Jenner” or “The Jenner Effect.” In the middle of the conversation, Michelle Goldberg, senior contributing writer for The Nation, suggested that using the word “women” in abortion language “excludes trans men.”

BREAKING: Atheist science professor doesn’t like religion!

In a recent piece for National Geographic, Book Talk curator Simon Worrall entitled his headline, “In Age of Science, Is Religion 'Harmful Superstition'?” For the answer, he gave platform to Jerry Coyne, author of Faith vs. Fact: Why Science and Religion Are Incompatible. Keeping with his book's theme, Coyne, an atheist and University of Chicago professor of Ecology and Evolution, answered, among other questions, why “are religion and science incompatible.”

According to local media, taxpayer-funded schools are partnering with taxpayer-funded abortion providers to create – you didn’t guess it – art.

Planned Parenthood of Montana recently commissioned a painted mural for its parking lot located in Great Falls. Named after Planned Parenthood’s slogan, the “Care, No Matter What Project” is described as a “collaborative mural project” by local media with the Paris Gibson Square Museum of Art and the city’s two public high schools – Great Falls High School and C.M. Russell High School – as the collaborators.

A thanks to God doesn’t happen every day in liberal Hollywood-land.

The 2015 Critics’ Choice Television Awards awarded Taraji P. Henson Best Actress in a Drama Series for her role in Fox’s Empire on May 31. In her acceptance speech, Henson included someone special in her thanks: God.

Watching PBS? Might want to ask the kindergartners to leave the room.

In a May 27 piece for tax-funded PBS, NewsHour producer Saskia de Melker argued “The case for starting sex education in kindergarten.” In her piece, she held up the Netherlands as an example for the United States in “sexuality education” – for those as young as 4-years-old to learn “honest conversations about love and relationships.”

One famous Hollywood celebrity is sharing his American pride – in a touching dad-to-son kind of way.

For Memorial Day, actor Chris Pratt (Guardians of the GalaxyJurassic World), taught his 2-year-old son Jack the Pledge of Allegiance – and captured the moment on camera. The May 27 Facebook video, with almost 2 million views and more than 85,000 likes, shows the two saying the pledge in front of the American flag.

It’s hard to critique personal stories – but not when the media use them to teach teens that they need Planned Parenthood.

In a recent piece for Teen Vogue, actress Mae Whitman detailed “What Happened During My Very First Pregnancy Scare.” Whitman (Arrested DevelopmentParenthood) described Planned Parenthood to teens as feeling “two arms pulling me into a hug” which led her to experience a conversation that left her “eternally grateful.”

Half a cheer for HBO! It turns out the network’s graphic Game of Thrones TV series doesn’t feature nearly as much sexual violence as it could. Far from the usual Hollywood pattern of sexing up a story when bringing it to the screen, a fan has discovered the series actually shows many fewer rapes than George R.R. Martin’s books contain.

But the reason we know this is the violent rape scene featured in an episode earlier this month captured attention – and not the good kind. Many viewers were outraged and sparked a debate about whether the series had gone too far.

If you want to learn how horrendous abortion is, go straight to the source: abortion clinic workers with a media platform.

In a May 24 story for Salon, Florida-based writer Amy Beeman wrote that “Working at an abortion clinic challenged my pro-choice views — and confirmed them.” In her piece, she wrote about her former job at a “women’s clinic” where she first saw “tiny arms and legs floating" in a pan. As time passed, she embraced her work’s mission of “removing unwanted growth” to learn the “bonds between all women” and discover that “grace can be found in the unlikeliest of places.”

Yes, on America’s college campuses, liberal commencement speakers outnumber conservatives (it would be shocking if they didn’t.) But not by the margin CBS would have viewers believe.

During CBS Evening News on May 26, host Scott Pelley played different clips of university commencement speakers offering advice to the class of 2015. Beginning with Bon Jovi and finishing with Bill Nye, “The Science Guy,” Pelley’s segment showed only one conservative speaker out of ten liberal speakers: former president George W. Bush.

The media remembered Memorial Day this weekend by covering something beautiful: a Marine in prayer with his bride-to-be.

A photo of a U.S. Marine and his bride-to-be before marriage went viral over Memorial Day weekend. Moments before their wedding, U.S. Marine Cpl. Caleb Earwood and his fiancée Maggie joined hands in prayer around a corner to avoid making eye contact before the ceremony. Dwayne Schmidt Photography captured the scene on camera, and posted the photo to Facebook where it got picked up – by the media.

The media are twisting Ted Cruz’s words – again.

When Republican Texas senator and 2016 presidential candidate Ted Cruz recently argued that the Democratic Party was “radical in its devotion to mandatory gay marriage,” he meant that same-sex marriage “efforts” “would force him to wed a man” – at least according to The Houston Chronicle’s Dylan Baddour.

Abortion affects only one person – the woman – according to feminist media.

The U.S. House of Representatives approved the Pain-Capable Unborn Child Protection Act, a bill banning abortion after 20 weeks, in a 242 to 184 vote on May 13. In response, the feminist media like Slate and Salon accused the bill of “punish[ing] women” while also bashing the bill’s argument – that 20-week unborn babies feel pain.
