On Tuesday’s show, the hosts of ABC’s The View conflated two unflattering videos starring Democrat House Speaker Nancy Pelosi that circulated social media late last week. While only one video was altered, the co-hosts claimed both were “fake,” angrily came to Pelosi’s defense, and demanded that both “doctored” videos needed to be taken down.

On Friday's Real Time on HBO, far-left host Bill Maher lashed out at Fox News and wrongly claimed that it had ignored Republican Senator Jeff Flake's speech attacking President Donald Trump. Although panel member Betsy Woodruff of the Daily Beast did jump in to inform Maher that Flake's speech was covered live, both she and liberal CNN commentator Van Jones claimed that "they didn't talk about it" afterwards. In fact, a Nexis search finds that evening FNC hosts Bret Baier, Martha MacCallum, and Brian Kilmead all led with Flake's speech, while Sean Hannity also did a report on the story.

Since the 2016 presidential election, the media have doubled down in their efforts to undermine president-elect Donald Trump. On Fox Business Network’s Lou Dobbs Tonight on November 17, MRC Vice President for Business and Culture Dan Gainor slammed the media for trying to “take down” Trump’s nominees in order to “defeat his administration.”

The liberal news media are “trying to carry [Clinton] across the finish line,” according to MRC Vice President for Business and Culture Dan Gainor. He slammed the media for its pro-Clinton bias on Fox Business Network’s Lou Dobbs Tonight  Nov. 5. Discussing the media’s involvement in this election cycle, Dobbs noted not only the “bias” in Clinton’s favor, but the “complicity of the national liberal media,” especially regarding the lack of coverage of the FBI investigations and the WikiLeaks revelations.

Media Research Center Research Director Rich Noyes continued his media blitz by appearing on the Thursday installment of Fox Business Network’s Lou Dobbs Tonight to promote his must-read study on a stunning disparity by the major broadcast networks in coverage of Donald Trump’s scandals versus Hillary Clinton’s pitfalls.

Near the end of his Fox Business Network (FBN) show on Wednesday night, host Lou Dobbs played and discussed with his panel video released on Tuesday that featured MRCTV’s Dan Joseph asking MSNBC’s Chris Matthews if he still has “the thrill” up his leg all these years later about President Barack Obama. Of course, as many readers now know, Matthews fired back by ignoring Joseph’s question and repeatedly telling him to “go to hell” and “leave me alone.”

The “big three” networks of ABC, CBS, and NBC punted Tuesday night on news that Senate Democrats successfully blocked legislation aimed at cracking down on sanctuary cities. Doing the job the networks could have been doing, Fox Business Network (FBN) host Lou Dobbs alerted his views on Tuesday to the story that he described as “business as usual” with “Senate Republican leadership permitting Senate Democrats to successfully filibuster Republican legislation that would have cracked down on sanctuary cities.”

Following President Obama’s speech on the economy on Thursday, the PBS NewsHour offered a 48-second news brief on the subject, in which co-anchor Gwen Ifill offered no opposing viewpoint to the President’s claim in his speech that “by every measure, the country is better off than when he took office.”

The show then played a soundbite of the President, in which he lamented that “millions of Americans don't yet feel enough of the benefits of a growing economy where it matters most, and that’s in their own lives and these truths aren't incompatible. Our broader economy, in the aggregate, has come a long way, but the gains of recovery are not yet broadly shared.”

On Wednesday night, the major broadcast networks ignored the latest news from the Fast and Furious scandal as a federal judge ruled that the Department of Justice (DOJ) must turn over a list of documents regarding the botched gun-running scheme that was formally called Operation Fast and Furious.

U.S. District Court Judge Amy Berman Jackson ruled in court hearing Wednesday that the DOJ will have until October 1 to produce what is known as a privilege log to the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee. According to an article posted on The Blaze

Thursday evening on the Fox Business Network, host Lou Dobbs of Lou Dobbs Tonight was joined by Emmy award winning reporter Sharyl Attkisson, who recently signed on with the Heritage Foundation's Daily Signal website as a senior independent contributor. The two discussed the recent news surrounding the ongoing IRS scandal and the liberal media’s apparent uninterest in the story.

Dobbs asked Attkisson why the liberal media refuses to report the story and rather insists on "behaving much more like lap dogs" instead of doing their job and serving as a “watch dog.” Attkisson argued that the media is being run by a “propaganda interest” that insists any coverage of any scandals involving the Obama administration are “phony” and perpetrated by “right-wing nuts.”

Next week, the Supreme Court will hear arguments on the constitutionality of ObamaCare, but if the media were the judges, the Court would rule 9-0 in favor of it. During its coverage of the health care debate, the liberal press never permitted questions about ObamaCare’s legality to interfere with their dream of a government takeover of the health care sector.

Starting even before Barack Obama became President, the press has been campaigning hard for passage of the most liberal version of health care reform as a cure-all elixir to all of America’s health problems. First, they pitched the public on the desperate need to, as ABC’s Dr. Tim Johnson demanded, fix America’s “national shame” of no universal coverage. “Frankly, $48 Million is just scratching the surface,” MRC’s Gainor said of left-wing billionaire George Soros’ funding of liberal media outlets and organizations. “We found 180 liberal outlets that he’s funding, we came out with that today, an astonishing reach,” he told Fox Business Network host Lou Dobbs on May 25. “They talk on the Left about this echo chamber, and that’s exactly what they’ve created for themselves, and it bubbles all the way up into the mainstream media.”
