Apparently the fawning media coverage of Beto O’Rourke’s first day on the 2020 campaign trail was even too much for liberal Late Night host Seth Meyers. On his Thursday night show, aired early Friday morning, the NBC comedian actually took MSNBC to task for bizarrely obsessing over O’Rourke’s rental minivan while reporting on the former Texas Congressman making a campaign stop in Iowa.

Appearing on NBC’s Late Night With Seth Meyers Thursday night, aired early Friday morning, Socialist Senator Bernie Sanders objected to the friendly liberal talk show host accurately labeling him as “very left.” The 2020 presidential candidate denied that any of his extreme views were left-wing and even attacked the media for supposedly making it a “bigger deal” than it should be.

Appearing as a guest on NBC's Late Night with Seth Meyers, MSNBC contributor and frequent Morning Joe guest Donny Deutsch accused President Donald Trump of racism as he cited the President's history of promoting the birther conspiracy theory against former President Barack Obama. Deutsch notably has his own checkered past on race since he once uttered a racial epithet on national television as he trashed Republican Senator Marco Rubio.

As far-left film maker Michael Moore made guest appearances this past week, on two occasions he spread provably false information as he wrongly claimed that a Fox News poll found that 70 percent of Americans support raising the top marginal tax rate to 70 percent as advocated by New York Democratic Congresswoman and self-described socialist Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez. And, appearing on Friday's The Last Word on MSNBC, he declared that he wished she could be the next Democratic presidential nominee.

Appearing on NBC’s Late Night With Seth Meyers Thursday, aired early Friday morning, left-wing film maker Michael Moore promised viewers that if he ever ran for president his first agenda item would be “outlawing billionaires.” Asked about socialist Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez pushing for a 70% marginal tax rate for the wealthy, Moore endorsed the radical proposal.

On the Thursday night/early Friday edition of the Late Night with Seth Meyers, NBC comedian Meyers spent more than five minutes essentially giving a commentary in which he mocked and lectured former Starbucks CEO Howard Schultz for criticizing Democrats and possibly threatening his former party's chances of defeating President Donald Trump.

Appearing on Thursday’s Late Night with Seth Meyers, aired early Friday morning, former Democratic Senator and newly-named NBC News Political Analyst Claire McCaskill was eager to trash Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell as “really depressing” and “very political.” Meyers chimed in to claim that the Republican lawmaker had “no moral compass.”

It doesn’t get much worse than mocking the dead or wounded veterans, but NBC seems to be making a habit of it lately. After Saturday Night Live mocked a wounded Republican veteran who became a Congressman last November, Late Night host Seth Meyers’ Twitter account sent out a tweet mocking the victims of illegal alien crime, after President Trump’s primetime address on the border.

On Monday night’s Late Night with Seth Meyers on NBC, his staff writer Jenny Hagel uncorked a commentary attacking Pope Francis as a fountain of “hate speech.” In a new book-length interview titled The Strength of a Vocation, the Pope said the Catholic Church shouldn’t be scandalized by sexually active (and activist) homosexual priests. It’s not exactly a new stand for Popes, but this one was supposed to be "cool."

On Wednesday's Late Night with Seth Meyers, aired early Thursday, NBC host Meyers provided far-left British journalist Mehdi Hasan an unchallenged forum to excoriate former President George H.W. Bush for the deaths of Iraqis and Panamanians, as well as the Willie Horton campaign issue and Bush's reaction to the AIDS epidemic.

CNN played a clip of Seth Meyers, from his Late Night show on NBC, saying: "Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg is recovering in the hospital after she fell in her office and fractured three ribs. Wow: if you had told me a Supreme Court Justice fell over and broke some ribs, I would have bet on the new guy." Late Night then cut to a clip of Kavanaugh saying "I like beer."

Is it any wonder half the country doesn’t bother with late night “comedy” shows anymore? On CBS’s Election Night Late Show, Stephen Colbert and his guests smeared Republicans as racist three times and compared GOPers to the KKK. On NBC’s Late Night, liberal host Seth Meyers brought on comedian Billy Eichner to bash bigoted Texans.
