During his appearance on the 3rd Hour Today show on Tuesday, Late Night host and left-wing comedian Seth Meyers promoted his new Netflix stand-up special while being treated to fawning adulation from the anchors. The morning show cast went so far as to declare Meyers a “primary news source” for his liberal audience.
In this age of liberal insanity it seems nothing is too ridiculous, though we do wonder whether we should pinch ourselves when the suits over at Netflix have actually developed technology that allows exhausted viewers to skip Trump-related material in their programming.
Despite losing more and more traction in the polls with each passing day, Senator Kamala Harris continues to hit the liberal late-night circuit with frequency. Most recently, she appeared on Monday’s Late Night with Seth Meyers where she participated in a smear session against President Trump (the usual talk show fodder).
Two minds who think alike are not necessarily great. This sentiment was never as true as when MSNBC’s Chris Hayes joined fellow leftist pal Seth Meyers on Monday’s Late Night for a jovial conversation on their shared disdain for President Trump.
Appearing on NBC’s Late Night With Seth Meyers Monday night, aired early Tuesday morning, left-wing actor George Takei launched into a tirade labeling the detention of illegal immigrants along the U.S. southern border to be a “grotesque new low,” “evil,” and an “American disgrace.” The rant came just one month after he compared immigration detention centers to “concentration camps” in an interview with GQ magazine.
When a CNN anchor is pleading with the Democratic Party to dial back on their extreme platform, it's clear how far left the field of 2020 candidates have gone. The once-in-a-lifetime moment of humility and brutal honesty coming from a member of the liberal press was delivered by CNN’s Chris Cuomo on Thursday’s Late Night With Seth Meyers.
During a live edition of NBC’s Late Night early Thursday morning, left-wing host Seth Meyers attacked MSNBC’s Chris Matthews for daring to challenge Elizabeth Warren on her extreme socialist health care plan following Tuesday night’s Democratic debate. Meyers savaged the Hardball host and accused him of trying to “mansplain” to the 2020 presidential candidate.
After the first night of the Democrat debates, NBC Late Night host Seth Meyers clearly took sides with the socialists over the "moderates." He compared Elizabeth Warren to Ronald Reagan as global visionaries, and then compared Warren and Bernie Sanders to the basketball superstars Michael Jordan and Scottie Pippen. The "moderates" were compared to the Washington Generals, the team that always loses to the Harlem Globetrotters.
Civility has not proven to be a strong suit for members of the Democratic Party or their friends in the left wing media. From CNN’s Don Lemon comparing President Trump to Hitler to the relentless racial smears on the President and his supporters, the press are the last people who should be lecturing the rest of the country on being cordial.
Nicolle Wallace, host of MSNBC’s Deadline: White House, appeared on NBC’s Late Night early Wednesday Eastern time to do what Wallace spends most of her life doing nowdays: Trump-bashing. At one point, Wallace suggested that by taking a Trump speech live, she would be “fire hosing” her viewers. As he greeted the self-described “non-practicing Republican,” host Seth Meyers told her “we often talk about the same things on our show in slightly different ways.”
NBC's Seth Meyers offered his usual Democratic hack spin on Tuesday night, praising the 2020 Democratic debaters as “sane” and, weirdly, Elizabeth Warren as like a southern matriarch? Though he had some gentle ribbing about the Dems on the stage, he gushed, “And no matter what you think of the Democrats, this is why it was refreshing to see sane human beings speaking in coherent sentences about actual policies on national television for a change.”
On Tuesday, liberal Late Night host Seth Meyers appeared on NBC’s Today show, where he was greeted with congratulations from the cast for five years of using his show to promote Democrats and bash Republicans. The morning show crew was impressed with Meyers bringing his left-wing “point of view” to the late night landscape – not that politics was lacking in that arena.
