What on earth is wrong with people? Instead of celebrating an adoptive couple’s touching story, highlighted at the State of the Union, some media began a rumor that the parents coerced one mother to hand them her child. And, as they bashed the president for not saying more, they themselves left out key details.

For months, Univision and Fusion anchor Jorge Ramos has been inviting to his shows prospective 2020 Democrat challengers to President Trump. Now, he’s expanded his search to include potential Republican challengers.

In a recent episode of “Real America”, host Jorge Ramos shows the extent to which an individual life story is but an accessory to a broader agenda- even that of a brilliant brain surgeon.

In keeping with the network's self-proclaimed brand as the "voice of the resistance" to the duly elected government of the United States, Fusion, the English-language sister network to Univision, is debuting this week a new show laughlingly titled "Real America with Jorge Ramos."

I came to expect two things after Jorge Ramos’ latest visit to Puerto Rico, where he went in order to “see how things were after the hurricane”: a laughably biased segment on his weekly Al Punto show, along with an awful column. Upon reviewing both, I am more certain than ever that Jorge Ramos doesn’t care about Puerto Rico beyond its usefulness in furtherance of his agenda: his endless war on Donald Trump, the continued elevation of the Mayor of San Juan, and his longstanding advocacy for Puerto Rican independence.

Univision recording artist Residente, host of a current series on Fusion, usually has no problem speaking his mind about current events or about the causes and individuals that he supports.  However, his recent refusal to criticize the Venezuelan government's human rights record, or even call it a dictatorship, was an exercise in deflection and evasion.

Fusion has gone through many iterations and mission shifts over the course of its brief existence as an English-language Univision affiliate. Throughout, however, the network has remained consistent in one aspect: its advocacy for far-left domestic political causes. with its latest paean to Planned Parenthood being but the most recent example.

It happened again...this time, on a warm summer morning at a baseball field in Alexandria, Virginia. A deranged Bernie Sanders supporter took it upon himself to open fire upon Republican members of Congress, leaving several severely wounded in his wake. And Univision anchor Jorge Ramos wasted no time in reeling off yet another screed in support of gun control.
