At what point does Trump Derangement Syndrome stop being handy shorthand for the liberal media's hatred of the President, and start being taken seriously as an actual mental disorder? The question arises after witnessing Joe Scarborough—seriously it would appear—raising on today's Morning Joe the possibility that Donald Trump "doesn't know how to read."

Women are suffering inequality in everything, including sports. That’s the media’s take on Forbes’ annual list of highly-paid athletes.Forbes magazine released its 2018 list of the World’s 100 Highest-Paid Athletes on June 5th. Not a single woman made the list this year – and, consequently, the media are freaking out about “respect” and “equality.”

On Tuesday, David Roberts at the hopelessly left-biased Vox.com promoted a decidedly negative form of supply-side economics, namely "policies that choke off fossil fuels at their origin." He, and the authors of a paper he referenced which advocates "restrictive supply-side climate policies," act as if this is something new, when governments and sometimes violent envirozealots have long engaged in these activities.

The gender pay gap is not what the left claims, but the liberal media continue peddling the misinformation that women make far less than men. Proponents of the “misleading” wage gap statistic designated April 4, as Equal Pay Day. Each year they cry discrimination and call attention to “wage discrepancies that exist between men and women in the workforce.” Predictably, liberal media outlets repeat those claims that women get paid 20 percent less for doing the same work as men and refuse to expose the truth behind the statistic.

A January 23 Washington Post article built on that data and claimed the results would be deadly. Literally. The op-ed by socialist professors David Himmelstein and Steffie Woolhandler of "Physicians for a National Health Program" headlined “Repealing the Affordable Care Act will kill more than 43,000 people annually.”

"For more than 30 years, we have studied how death rates are affected by changes in health-care coverage, and we’re convinced that an ACA repeal could cause tens of thousands of deaths annually," boasted two socialist professors.

The 2016 Republican National Convention brought the radical, left-wing fringe out in Cleveland, and some of the groups’ ideas were downright ridiculous.

Although he is frequently attacked by the mainstream media, Rush Limbaugh’s conservative radio show continues to flourish and maintain an audience of loyal followers. The radio show host’s $79 million income earned him the number 10 ranking on Forbes’ recently released list of top celebrity earnings of 2016.

Hillary Clinton’s proposal to spend $350 billion on “affordable” tuition may have been outrageous, but at least it provoked some poignant comments on the pitfalls of big government.

Although the liberal media often turn to critics of genetically modified foods, a group of award-winning scientists not only affirmed the safety of GMO foods, they criticized Greenpeace for “obstruction.” More than 100 Nobel Prize winners signed a letter criticizing environment group Greenpeace’s campaign against genetically modified organisms (GMOs). The letter accused Greenpeace of opposing “biotechnological innovations in agriculture” and misrepresenting the “risks, benefits, and impacts” of GMOs.

While ignoring the rolling release of her State Department e-mails, Tuesday’s CBS This Morning did find time to tout Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton making the number two spot on the annual Forbes magazine list of the world’s most powerful women.

Talk about poor timing! Just as President Obama is about to give the commencement address at the Coast Guard Academy on the subject of the perils of global warming, a report has come out in Forbes Magazine that updated NASA data reveals that contrary to the many alarmist stories in the mainstream media, the polar ice caps are not receding.

James Taylor, who has written on energy and environment issues, reveals that the polar ice caps have not receded at all since NASA data measurements began in 1979. Taylor also notes that the MSM has remained resolutely silent on these latest NASA data revelations.

Few wealthy individuals are demonized as much as Charles and David Koch. The brothers, who are worth $31 billion each, have been targets of the left and the news media, but in a rare interview in the Dec. 24 edition of Forbes Magazine showed much more about the them than the typical media mention of the Kochs.

The Kochs are the big funders of conservative and libertarian-leaning groups and politicians, something liberals can’t stand. But what most people may not know is that the left despises the brothers so much that the pair get death threats.
