The third season of Amazon’s Red Oaks aired October 20th in six thirty-minute episodes. A comedy series, it is a quick binge that is actually enjoyable. In today’s entertainment world, finding something fun to watch can feel like chasing a unicorn.

One could be forgiven for thinking Amazon’s Transparent couldn't possibly push the progressive banner any further. After all, the show is already about a family dealing with the fact that their father "Mort" now identifies as a woman named "Maura" and all that comes with the rest of the transition process. However, when it comes to most liberal ideologies, there are no borders. This new season includes the Israeli-Palestinian debate, yet another TV throuple, and an "historic first" - full-frontal transgender nudity!

Two out of the three networks on Thursday night and Friday morning yawned at Amazon’s BLATANT censorship of negative reviews for Hillary Clinton’s new book, What Happened. Only CBS This Morning noticed  — with a scant 27 seconds of coverage — that the website is wiping out one star reviews.

I spent much of my Friday binge-watching Comrade Detective, a show that resists genre, but is perfect in its oddity. Released on August 3, Amazon bills the show as a Romanian detective show from the 1980s that was actually thinly disguised anti-capitalist propaganda. They then brought in such talent as Channing Tatum and Joseph Gordon-Levitt to dub over the original Romanian dialogue. In reality, this is a new show created to make fun of these old propaganda pieces, and mocks their love of communism and fear of the capitalist west. Yes, it was filmed in Romania with Romanian actors, but specifically for this concept. It's weird, and it completely works.

When you set out to watch a show with a name like I Love Dick, Amazon Prime’s newest streaming series which debuted Friday, May 12, you should already be prepared for the shock value that’s inevitable with such a title. But nothing can truly prepare you for the vile filth that this show assaults you with.

Season three of Amazon’s Catastrophe, which debuted on Friday, April 28, opened and closed with two strong pro-abortion messages. Catastrophe is a British sitcom that covers the life of Rob (Rob Delaney) and Sharon (Sharon Horgan) who met while on a trip to London. Rob is American and Sharon is Irish, and the two found themselves facing an unplanned pregnancy after a week of “hooking up” in London in the first season.

Ohio governor and failed presidential candidate John Kasich had his new book, Two Paths: America Divided or United, published on April 25 and after just the first week it has already sunk beneath the waves of public disinterest to #264 as of this writing on Amazon. It doesn't take any great genius to figure out that he thinks President Donald Trump represents the "Divided" while the son of a mailman is somehow the enlightened "United."

Please, Jeff Bezos! Please don't let me be exposed to ideas contrary to SJW dogma. If you don't create a safe space for me on the Internet Movie Database, IMDb, this precious snowflake will melt away.

Well, apparently that type of person will no longer have to worry. Amazon has announced today, February 3, that the IMDb message boards, as close to a web tradition and institution as you can get, will be shut down. Apparently people are unable to simply ignore trolling or posts which with they disagree according to the shutdown rationale. Here is the announcement that Mr. Bezos has folded to a small percentage of whiners by shutting down what many consider to be the most interesting message board on the Web.

Despite carrying the Denver Broncos to the playoffs in 2011, subsequently being cut from 3 NFL teams, and receiving constant media hostility, Tim Tebow’s faith was not shaken. On October 25 Tebow, who now plays outfield for the New York Mets in an instructional league, released his new book titled, Shaken: Discovering Your True Identity in the Midst of Life’s Storms. According to the description on Amazon, Shaken discusses “glimpses of [Tebow’s] journey staying grounded in the face of disappointment, criticism, and intense media scrutiny.” Tebow probably has a lot to say about media criticism, considering the leftist sports media has either ignored or belittled his achievements.

Amazon continues to try to push the envelope with scenes of graphic sex and violence in an attempt to remain relevant to today’s online viewing audiences. It’s latest offering, Mad Dogs, is no different. The first episode has been available free to Prime customers for months, with the rest of the season released Friday, January 22, 2016. Proceed with extreme caution.

Well, this was inevitable. On the same day that the Center for Medical Progress exposed the CEO of former Planned Parenthood partner StemExpress laughing "about shipping whole baby heads," a reporter at the Los Angeles Times, in what I have beeen told is a front-page story, has compared CMP's video campaign exposing the commerce in baby body parts to the 2004 Swift Boat Veterans for the Truth's campaign. The Swift Boat Vets' effort successfully exposed Democratic presidential candidate John Kerry's serial lies about his service in Vietnam and his smearing of Vietnam veterans as war criminals after he returned.

Times reporter Maria L. La Ganga joined the paper in 1981, and "has served as San Francisco bureau chief, edited in the Business section and pitched in on five presidential elections." Even if one of those five elections wasn't 2004, and even if she didn't dig into conflicting claims over whether Kerry truly earned the Vietnam War medals he received, it's virtually inconceivable that she doesn't know about his frequently stated "Christmas in Cambodia" lie.

Happy Independence Day, or, as the left might call it this year, “Original Sin Saturday.” July 4th is when we celebrate the birth of The United States. But, whereas you commemorate the inception of what Lincoln called “the last best hope of earth,” liberals lament that flawed people had the audacity to create a flawed nation. Then, that flawed nation had the bad taste to prosper!

It’s that left-wing understanding of America that’s behind the push to erase or blur our history. The purge of the Confederate flag is currently the noisiest, but by no means the only, prong of the attack from activists and academics and the media who love them.
