Once again, only ABC bothered covering the latest details on the potentially shady financial dealings of Joe Biden’s youngest son, Hunter. CBS and NBC on Monday night and Tuesday morning skipped the implications for the Democratic front-runner and the embarrassing details about the younger Biden’s activities.

For the sixth straight day, liberal news outlets blew their racism whistles on Thursday at a referee who ordered black high school wrestler to cut his dreadlocks. Journalists on ABC, CBS, and NBC have pointed to the ensuing “outrage” on social media – always an effective barometer for determining the national importance of a story – as evidence that the horrific “incident” was caused by the referee’s unabashed racism.

On Thursday, only NBC’s Today show devoted a full report to First Lady Melania Trump slamming the media during a Fox News interview aired Wednesday night. CBS This Morning completely ignored her comments, while ABC’s Good Morning America only allowed a few seconds of coverage.

While devoting a full report to celebrity Taylor Swift endorsing Democrats in her home state of Tennessee, the journalists at ABC’s Nightline on Monday couldn’t help but compare the situation to past liberal champions: The Dixie Chicks. Journalist Linsey Davis reminded, “The Dixie Chicks certainly know what it's like to be punished for getting political. Back in 2003, they triggered a landslide of criticism after saying they were ashamed then-president George W. Bush was from their home state of Texas.”

It took former Democratic New York Attorney General Eric Schneiderman three hours to resign Monday night after accusations arose alleging he would violently strike his girlfriends without their consent. But throughout ABC World News Tonight’s two minutes and 21 seconds report on the situation, there was not a single mention of the fact that he was an elected Democrat. In contrast, both CBS and NBC noted that important detail.

On Thursday's World News Tonight, ABC correspondent Linsey Davis actually included a clip of a woman declaring that she felt like "killing" the police in a report about a mentally ill man who was tragically killed by police after he pointed a metal pipe at them while pretending that it was a gun.

On Friday, all three network morning shows touted Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School student and gun control activist David Hogg demanding that advertisers pull their sponsorship of Laura Ingraham’s Fox News show after she mocked him on Twitter – for which she has apologized. However, missing from all the hand-wringing about civility was any acknowledgment that Hogg and several other student activists have repeatedly used media appearances to hurl vile attacks against anyone who disagrees with them.

After ABC’s revival of Roseanne received huge ratings Tuesday night, on Thursday, NBC’s Today show and ABC’s Good Morning America suddenly discovered the value of shows set in red states with pro-Trump characters.

On Wednesday's Good Morning America, ABC correspondent Linsey Davis tried to link President Donald Trump to a controversial religious figure in a way that it is unlikely that the news show would do if it involved a Democratic President instead. Near the end of a report updating viewers on the unusually bad flu season, Davis showed video of evangelist Gloria Copeland suggesting that it was not necessary to get a flu shot, alleging that prayer could prevent the flu, before the ABC reporter identified her as "an advisor on the President's evangelical board."

After five days of silence, Barack Obama on Tuesday finally denounced mega-donor Harvey Weinstein, a man now accused of raping three women, harassing others and exposing his genitals to a young reporter. Yet, you wouldn’t know this was a big deal on the networks. ABC, CBS and NBC on Wednesday allowed a total of 58 seconds to the ex-President belatedly getting around to condemning the man who gave him $45,800 (not counting money to his political party).

CBS This Morning stood alone on Monday in exposing the connections between prominent Democrats, like the Clintons and the Obamas, and the sleazy, scandal-plagued Hollywood mogul Harvey Weinstein. ABC ignored the now-fired executive’s years of contributions to Democrats, instead linking him to Donald Trump.

In a report Thursday that exposed the so-called ‘open secret in Hollywood,’ The New York Times published accusations going back decades that claimed movie producer Harvey Weinstein was a serial sexual harasser. ABC Correspondent Linsey Davis described the allegations as “explosive,” but on NBC Nightly News and Access Hollywood, they completely ignored the story altogether. The NBC blackout came after they touted such accusations again late Fox News boss Roger Ailes and host Bill O’Reilly.
