Just a few weeks after CNN's media reporters expressed disgust over on-air feuding between Shepard Smith and Tucker Carlson, CNN is engaging in on-air feuding over their newest contributor, former Congressman Sean Duffy.
Richard Stengel, a former editor of Time and Obama State Department undersecretary for public diplomacy and public affairs, used free speech and the press... to attack free speech and the press in a truly pathetic op-ed published in the Washington Post Tuesday.
On her 12:00 p.m. ET hour on Friday, MSNBC anchor Andrea Mitchell derisively dismissed the Justice Department’s criminal investigation into the origins of the Russia probe as a politically motivated inquiry that was “elevating what had been widely denounced as a conspiracy theory.”
On Friday, all three network morning shows rushed to dismiss the newly revealed criminal investigation into the origins of the Russia probe as nothing more than “political revenge” against President Trump’s “enemies.” Hosts and correspondents dutifully stuck to Democratic Party talking points trashing the inquiry, coming just shy of labeling it a “witch hunt.”
MSNBC has assiduously branded Rachel Maddow over the last decade as the foremost brainiac on cable, what with the nerdy glasses and high-top sneakers and over-the-top gushing when Maddow appears on other shows and the hosts are left dazed by the sheer immensity of her cognition. So when Maddow says something really dumb, it can't be because she's dumb, on that all liberals will agree, nor that she's lazy or indifferent. Which leads to only one other conclusion -- her default tendency to mislead.
Following a discussion of President Trump’s decision to withdraw U.S. troops from Syria, on Thursday, MSNBC’s Morning Joe went far beyond standard criticism of the controversial foreign policy move and wildly claimed it was proof that Trump was “owned by Putin” and heading up a “criminal organization” that had been “laundering money” for the Russian autocrat for decades.
Appearing twice in as many days on CNN, The Hill’s Rising co-host and former MSNBC host Krystal Ball attempted to breakthrough the CNN machine and their establishment crowd by calling out Hillary Clinton for referring to 2020 Democrat, Congresswoman, and Hawaii Army National Guard Major Tulsi Gabbard as a Russian asset. Further, Ball attempted to make the argument that if droves are repeatedly accused of being Russian assets or ideas or campaigns are deemed Russian-backed, then nothing is. Unfortunately, CNN’s Zuckerbots weren’t interested in this point of view.
The media’s happily taking their marching orders from Hillary Clinton again, since she’s thrust herself into the spotlight in recent weeks, even parroting her shocking claim that 2020 Democrat candidate Tulsi Gabbard is a “Russian asset.” The View hosts similarly were shameless in their praise over Clinton’s “deep knowledge” and accuracy, even claiming she had been “exonerated” and “was right about almost everything.”
Looks like Hillary Clinton has an asset deep within the bowels of MSNBC. On Morning Joe, former Hillary campaign aide Adrienne Elrod, now an MSNBC contributor, vigorously defended Hillary's attack on Tulsi Gabbard, in which the failed 2016 presidential candidate alleged that the Russians were "grooming" Gabbard to be a third-party candidate. Elrod claimed that Hillary is "giving a very valid, very important warning," and went on to assert:
Any rational person who listened to Hillary Clinton’s recent suggestion that Congresswoman and combat veteran Tulsi Gabbard (D-HI) was a Russian plant in the 2020 election understood it to be the ramblings of a person unglued. But on Friday, CBS Evening News touted Clinton’s baseless smears by calling them “extraordinary” and “stunning”. But come Sunday, CBS had avoided the topic while ABC and NBC were pumping the brakes and, surprisingly, calling Clinton out.
Joe Scarborough has provided a stunning example of the contempt that he, and the liberal media at large, have for the millions of Americans who support President Trump. On Morning Joe, Scarborough says people attending Trump rallies have a responsibility "to not be so stupid that they should be kept away from blenders." Scarborough goes on to warn Trump supporters not to be "dumb" and "ignorant," saying they must educate themselves in order to see that Trump is lying to them.
WASHINGTON — How is the Democrats' impeachment inquiry going to turn out? Well, we've already been through the impeachment inquiry, though it was called by another name. It was called the collusion inquiry, and it turned out as most conservatives said it was going to turn out. They said there was no evidence, and Robert Mueller, who conducted the official inquiry, found no evidence. By the way, I insist that Mueller is an honorable man. His service to the country was notable. In my opinion, he is a hero in this epic battle between President Donald Trump and the Democrats.
