Hollywood’s hot new trend is to boycott the entire state of Georgia because Governor Brian Kemp signed a bill making it harder to kill unborn babies. Following her threatened boycott in March, one-time actress and full-time shrew Alyssa Milano had already convinced David Simon, creator of The Wire, to join the fad. Now there are few other big celebs getting in on the action.

On Tuesday's MTP Daily, MSNBC host Chuck Todd again put on display the fact that journalists are so far to the left on abortion that they actually sometimes press Democrats to go even further left instead of making an effort to look balanced. As Emily's List president Stephanie Schriock appeared as a guest, Todd repeatedly suggested that Democrats should be more strident about pushing abortion rights, even hinting Democrats should cut funding for rare pro-life Democratic candidates.

According to its producers, pro-life film Unplanned has been effectively “banned” in Canada due to several prominent Canadian distributors’ refusal to pick up the film because of its pro-life content. Both Landmark and Cineplex, “two of the largest distributors in Canada,” have refused to run Unplanned in Canadian theaters. Writer and producer for the film, Chuck Konzelman expressed his belief that it was due to the film’s pro-life content and not due to a “lack of consumer demand.”

The liberal media flocked to elevate the some 400-plus pro-abortion protests held Tuesday as they continued to rail against the wave of pro-life legislation designed to protect unborn life. ABC, CBS, NBC, and Spanish-language networks Telemundo and Univision took time out of their evening newscasts to praise the protesters plus the 2020 Democrats who attended. CBS was the lone network to cover the rallies ahead of the severe and dangerous storms sweeping the Midwest.

Tuesday afternoon on CNN, Inside Politics and CNN Right Now compared conservatives and Republicans nationwide seeking to advance pro-life legislation to the scandal-ridden Virginia Governor Ralph Northam (D) after he made his comments endorsing infanticide. Their rationale? Well, in both cases, those two sides found themselves “on the defensive.” Yes, really.

It’s something you maybe never thought you would see on CNN, but during Sunday’s Reliable Sources, host Brian Stelter invited on Catherine Hadro, host of “Pro-Life Weekly” on the Eternal Word Television Network (EWTN), to discuss how pro-life issues were covered by the media. And she used her time to expose how the liberal media makes false claims about pro-life laws and used labels to portray pro-lifers negatively.

During Sunday’s morning newscasts, NBC’s Sunday Today was talking about how Democrats had to define Republicans as extreme on abortion while ABC’s Good Morning America asserted that the GOP was extreme. Meanwhile, the broadcast networks have almost completely ignored the Democratic Party’s support for abortions up until the day of birth and a failed attempt to legalize infanticide in Virginia.

On her MSNBC show, Joy Reid says that recently-adopted abortion laws are "send women back to the Dark Ages," and are essentially "turning all of America into Gilead from The Handmaid's Tale."

Get woke, America! Carron J. Phillips, an SJW sports writer for The Shadow League who's incensed about Georgia's new heartbeat law, wants you to get angry, too. Phillips is astounded that conservatives consider abortion murder, says the world is now alarmingly close to "The Handmaid's Tale" and America is doing a repeat of the injustice of Dr. Larry Nassar, who, for years, got away with sexually abusing members of the U.S. Olympic women's gymnastics team.

During an interview on Friday’s New Day with Republican National Committee chairwoman Ronna McDaniel, CNN co-host Alisyn Camerota falsely claimed that Democrats support extreme, late-term abortions so close to a woman’s due date, including comments by Virginia Governor Ralph Northam (D) that have been seen by many as promoting infanticide.

The recent pro-life bills passed in Alabama and Georgia appear to have inspired a new iteration of liberal women proudly sharing their abortion stories. Similar to #ShoutYourAbortion, actress Busy Philipps, who revealed her own abortion as a way to rail against Georgia's Heartbeat Bill, asked women to use the hashtag #YouKnowMe to announce their abortions and "end the shame."

A NewsBusters study out Thursday afternoon showed that the broadcast networks loved slapping the “extreme” label on Alabama’s pro-life law, and the same for the heartbeat bills being enacted around the country, while completely ignoring New York’s extreme abortion protections. Well, NBC Nightly News broke the drought later that evening by completely embracing New York’s barbarism.
