Demonstrating a staggering lack of self-awareness, on Thursday, MSNBC Congressional Correspondent Garrett Haake promoted pro-abortion Democratic California Senator Kamala Harris declaring: “...we have to have smart gun safety laws. And we cannot tolerate a society and live in a country with any level of pride when our babies are being slaughtered.”

On Tuesday, MSNBC’s Hardball host Chris Matthews spent over two and a half times more on trumpeting the need for gun control and chastising gun owners, the National Rifle Association, and ordinary Americans over the issue than covering the deadly Florida school shooting, and its victims. All told, Matthews spent 38 minutes and 46 seconds on segments or parts of ones discussing the issue with guests but only 14 minutes and 48 seconds on the actual shooting.

During an appearance on MSNBC’s MTP Daily on Wednesday to discuss the Parkland, Florida school shooting, former ATF special agent Jim Cavanaugh expressed what could arguably be called a disdain for the Second Amendment when he chided it as a “suicide pact” and dismissed the concerns of gun rights advocates.

On Tuesday, it didn’t take long for the liberal media to move from learning about what happened at the deadly school shooting in Florida and the victims to lobbying for gun control. Ghoulishly, CNN law enforcement analyst Phil Mudd, MSNBC’s Hardball host Chris Matthews, and MSNBC’s The 11th Hour host Brian Williams chose to condemn America as an exceptional country due to its gun policies.

During CBS’s live coverage of the deadly school shooting at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Florida, Homeland Security correspondent Jeff Pegues showed his liberal bias by peddling dubious statistics from the far-left gun control group Everytown for Gun Safety without vetting their credibility or citing their leftist tilt.

Here we go again, America. Another act of evil committed at a school and another case of liberals immediately demanding discussions of gun control. Moments into CNN’s live coverage, former Obama administration official and national security analyst Juliette Kayyem and host Brooke Baldwin demanded a “discussion about guns” despite having minimal details about what transpired.

In yet another case of incredible tone-deafness on Wednesday, MSNBC brought on one more Bill Clinton White House staffer to lecture the Trump White House on how to properly handle a member of an administration being accused of abusive behavior toward women. In a softball exchange with anchor Hallie Jackson, Clinton’s former Chief of Staff Mack McLarty had the audacity to scold the Trump team for not maintaining “basic ethical behavior in a White House.”

It’s often said at sites like this one, but sometimes, you can’t make this stuff up. On the Tuesday edition of CNN’s The Situation Room, host Wolf Blitzer and correspondent Brian Todd assessed whether the North Korean delegation at the Winter Olympic games “manipulate[d] world public opinion” without mention of their own network’s role in the “charm offensive.”

It has been a week since the disturbing allegations came to light that Rob Porter, a now-former White House staffer close to the President, had a history of domestic abuse against his two ex-wives. And during that time, the evening newscasts of the major network news outlets (ABC, CBS, and NBC) had dedicated almost a combined hour to the story. But when it came to similar accusations against congressional Democrats, they couldn’t be bothered.

During Tuesday afternoon’s edition of CNN Newsroom, host Brooke Baldwin interviewed Boston Globe columnist Kevin Cullen, who recently published a column titled “What the Hell Happened to John Kelly?” In the column, Cullen explained that he initially supported the appointment of General John Kelly as White House Chief of Staff, making him the odd man out among his fellow columnists, but lost a lot of respect for him as a result of his tenure as Chief of Staff.

Remarkably, for the second time in two weeks, MSNBC invited on a former Bill Clinton White House staffer to lecture the Trump administration over now-fired aide Rob Porter being accused of domestic abuse. This time, it was Clinton’s former Senior White House Aide Ron Klain appearing on Tuesday's Andrea Mitchell Reports to denounce the Trump team’s handling of the situation, without once being asked about rape and harassment accusations against his former boss.

During MSNBC’s 11:00 a.m. ET hour on Monday, co-hosts Stephanie Ruhle and Ali Velshi were eager to provide a friendly platform for left-wing immigration activist George Escobar to slam the Trump administration’s “wildest anti-immigrant, racist, warped dreams” when it came to the debate over renewing DACA.
