The View co-hosts kept defending the Democrat “squad” Monday, after the media firestorm surrounding President Trump’s tweets against them refuses to die down. Co-host Sunny Hostin even attributed a fake quote to Thomas Jefferson to hail how patriotic these congresswomen were.

Whoopi Goldberg began the segment with a lengthy diatribe against Trump adviser Stephen Miller for defending Trump this weekend. Reading from a cue card, she began, “You know you’re a racist when":

Dan Rather doesn’t have any self awareness. The disgraced ex-CBS anchor, who resigned in the wake of an early example of fake news, went on CNN, Sunday, to insist that liars need to be called out for their falsehoods. Appearing on Reliable Sources with Brian Stelter and defended the so-called liberal “Squad” of Democratic congresswomen. Saying of Donald Trump, Rather insisted, “He lies repeatedly about the four young women congresswomen. He has lied repeatedly.”

The liberal media thinks Twitter is censoring Democrats, but not in the same way that it censors conservatives. In a piece on CNN.com, “Is Twitter Making It Harder for Democrats to Win in 2020?” Editor At-Large Chris Cillizza wrote that it is dangerous to “assume that the judgments made on Twitter are reflective of the broader judgments of the Democratic Party.”

On July 22nd, former Miss Michigan Kathy Zhu appeared on CNN New Day to discuss the stripping of her title. According to Zhu, Miss World America revoked her title because of her political opinions. The beauty queen gained massive popularity in 2016 as a pro-Trump Chinese immigrant and is active on her @PoliticalKathy Twitter account. During the interview, Alisyn Camerota unfairly isolated a tweet from Zhu about black-on-black violence without providing full context, insinuating that the tweet was racist.

British comedian Ricky Gervais has been called “transphobic” over defending women refusing to wax transwomen in Canada because they are uncomfortable dealing with their clients’ very male genitalia. Gervais defended the spa workers saying that it’s “real feminism” for women to choose who to wax or not, but internet users aren’t having it.

After the New York Times spent the 50th anniversary of Apollo 11 trashing America and touting Soviet Russia’s liberal values, it should come as no surprise that CNN would follow suit. Sunday, Reliable Sources host Brian Stelter brought on a socialist to explain to his audience why President Trump and Fox News were wrong; the left's embrace of socialism was all about “freedom” and saving America from “dangerous far-right populism.”

Ooh, how brave of Joe Scarborough, courageously speaking truth to power! On today's Morning Joe, Scarborough sneeringly addressed President Trump by his first name, saying, "Donald, Donald: you're making a fool of yourself again. This ends very badly for you." Scarborough went on to declare that in 2020, Trump would lose in a "landslide" and be "routed." Speaking of Trump's criticism of the Squad, Scarborough confidently predicted that "there is no way this leads to victory."

The New York Times can’t stop whining about how the UK Conservative Party determines its membership. It’s an indirect way to bash Brexit, and Conservative front-runner for the Prime Minister slot Boris Johnson, under the guise of concern for democracy, which is why this obscure issue has become a Times obsession. The latest example appeared in the Sunday edition, “1% of Voters Will Pick Britain’s Prime Minister. The Rest Are Fuming.” The text box: “Brexit gridlock has many questioning a political system.” Just in time to oppose Brexit. How convenient!

HBO’s Euphoria is easily the weirdest and grossest show of the year thanks to its depraved views of sex. Namely, the show seems to think anything goes with teenagers, whether it's taking sex pointers from porn or even statutory rape. Euphoria keeps up its gross factor with a teen dressed as a sexy nun receiving oral sex and college frat boys sexually assaulting a freshman boy in a perverted Halloween episode that aired on July 21.

How about that, perpetually aggrieved House Democrat Illhan Omar and President Trump have something in common -- both want to make America great, at least as Al Sharpton sees it. The difference being, Trump remembers an America that was great before it fell into decline while Omar sees no greatness whatsoever in its past, again according to "the Reverend" Sharpton.

On CBS's Face the Nation on Sunday, Rep. Liz Cheney was under fire in a way that the Democrat guests (Adam Schiff and Cory Booker) were not. But she brought the heat about the socialist Squad and their wild-eyed proposals and concentration-camp smears.

The New York Times will go to great lengths to whitewash international Communism, either by leaving out atrocities committed in its name or by demonizing America’s side of the Cold War. The latter strand was in evidence on the front page of Sunday’s New York Times in international trade and economics reporter Ana Swanson’s “Red Scare Grows in Washington, Now With China as Boogeyman," which reduced America's Cold War strategizing to a "paranoid...Red Scare."

Yankees' legend Mariano Rivera (appearing second from left in photo) was inducted into the Major League Baseball Hall of Fame today amid much fanfare — and sharp criticism from Daily Beast writer Robert Silverman. The sleazy hit piece focused on Rivera's Christian faith, his [gasp!] right-wing politics and his associations with so-called bigots, racists and loons.

Over the weekend, MSNBC's AM Joy show demonstrated its inability to engage in sober criticism of President Donald Trump rather than descending into over the top hyperbole as two frequent guests of the show likened Trump supporters to Nazis and KKK members. Comedian Dean Obeidallah claimed that the word "Trump" is becoming a "modern-day swastika," MSNBC contributor Jason Johnson saw a "modern-day lynching" of Ilhan Omar and her "Squad" colleagues, and The Beat D.C's Tiffany Cross declared that a MAGA hat is equivalent to a "Nazi symbol" or "Klan hood."

On Wednesday, the hosts of NBC’s Today show were delighted by the latest viral craze sweeping the nation, FaceApp, an app that allows users to upload photos of themselves to see what they would like at different ages or even as a different gender. However, on Thursday, the journalists realized that they just handed over images of themselves to a Russian-backed company behind the suddenly popular app.
