Due process has become a thing of the past in the minds of the liberal media. Fake news anchor Michael Che underlined this during the Weekend Update segment on the most recent episode of Saturday Night Live.
MSNBC has tabbed a Bernie booster (Rachel Maddow) and Joe Biden fan (Andrea Mitchell) to be the lead moderators for Wednesday’s Democratic debate, so it’s a good bet the questions will be skewed from the left. It won't be the first time: In June, MSNBC hosted a two-night debate event where 69 percent of the questions to the very liberal field of candidates were from the left.
On Sunday’s edition of Full Measure, host Sharyl Attkisson interviewed conservative commentator Mark Levin, author of the new book Unfreedom of the Press. Throughout the interview, Levin slammed the rise of so-called “community journalism” and concluded that “the modern mass media is destroying freedom of the press.”
Elijah and Sydney Strait took a Catholic parish to court on Monday’s episode of Bluff City Law. But surprisingly for the liberal legal drama, this was one battle the pair didn’t win.
Their court case revolved around a devout Catholic teacher Mrs. Ava Fulham who struggled to conceive and carry pregnancies to term. After multiple miscarriages, she and her husband chose to use in vitro fertilization, a procedure that is considered wrong in all circumstances by Catholic doctrine.
In an insightful segment during Monday’s NBC Nightly News, the network actually seemed to approach protecting schools from shooters with an open mind. Correspondent Gadi Schwartz joined a group of school teachers in Spanish Fort, Utah as they underwent firearms training with the local sheriff’s department, a new program they were running.
The same liberal media that denounced any and all questions about Hillary Clinton’s health prior to and following her stumbling exit from a 9/11 event on 2016, suddenly wanted to speculate about why President Trump visited Walter Reed Medical Center over the weekend. During their Monday evening, newscast, NBC suggested the President’s visit may have had something to do with his heart. The difference of course being, there was video evidence of Clinton acting bizarrely.
The fact that once-proud Christian establishment Chick-fil-A has just been scared off from donating to its Christian allies by the leftist mob feels like a betrayal and the end of an era. For the past seven years, the chain has championed conservative Christians and their values and now, by ditching their donations to Christian charities to appease a vocal 4 percent of the population, it’s clear they care more about their PC image than the Christians who stuck by them through thick and thin.
Former Watergate investigative journalist Carl Bernstein joined CNN's Brooke Baldwin on Monday's CNN Newsroom to discuss the latest speculations surrounding impeachment and President Trump's use of Twitter. During the segment, Bernstein suggested that the Trump could be impeached for witness intimidation.
It’s all just a conspiracy! News Editor trashes The Wall Street Journal for its exposure of Google’s biased practices. Search Engine Land's News Editor Barry Schwartz wrote an article “Misquoted and misunderstood: Why we, the search community, don’t believe the WSJ about Google search” in an attempt to dismiss The Wall Street Journal’s damning exposé.
Univision led off its Engligh-language newscast, UNews on Fusion, with a brief report on the shooting at Walmart in Duncan, Oklahoma. However, the network left off a critical element of the story; one that happens to be most inconvenient to its agenda.
New on Nov. 18: “Increasingly President Trump’s support seems cultish,” Dan Rather charged on CNN’s Reliable Sources. Host Brian Stelter had noted how the fate of the Trump presidency is in the hands of Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell and cited a tweet by Rather in which he suggested Trump backers are part of a cult. Stelter then asked: “Is Mitch McConnell part of the Trump cult?” Rather affirmed: “I think the short answer is yes.”
Twitter appears to be doing all it can to protect those participating in the impeachment inquiry from public criticism. Liberal news outlet BuzzFeed noted that the phrase “I hired Donald Trump to fire people like Yovanovitch” was trending on the morning of Nov. 15.
On Saturday afternoon, Never Trump attorney and liberal cable news darling George Conway leveled sexist attacks at Congresswoman Elise Stefanik (R-NY) on Twitter for being against impeachment and tussling with fellow media favorite and Congressman Adam Schiff (D-CA), calling her “lying trash” and sharing a doctored photo of her flipping off a camera. Of course, CNN did nothing to rebut or even acknowledge these attacks on-air.
Every once in a while, the liberal media is compelled to make a concession, even if it doesn’t serve their recession narrative. Liberal outlet Bloomberg News tweeted Nov. 17 that “The stock market seems to like Donald Trump more than any president since the 1950s,” and proceeded to place the president in fourth place behind former presidents Franklin Delano Roosevelt, Harry Truman and Dwight Eisenhower.
The Drudge Report on Monday linked to an interview New York Times executive editor Dean Baquet gave to the socialist British newspaper The Guardian. Baquet went Full Acosta and insisted that when President Trump calls reporters names, it endangers their lives. Aren't reporters supposed to have thick skins? They dish it out, but can't take it? So when The New York Times compares the president to Hitler, does that endanger the president's life?
