CBS Ignores Pro-Mask LUNATIC Striking Old Man Not Wearing One While Eating on Flight

Since the start of the pandemic, the liberal media have used airline confrontations over masking policies to portray those opposed to pandemic protocols in a negative light. But a Sunday scuffle between a pro-mask woman and an 80-year-old-man, who had pulled his mask down to eat, got no airtime on Monday’s edition of CBS Evening News.

Instead of reporting on the heinous altercation, the only airline industry stories CBS covered were the Covid-related staffing shortages over the Christmas weekend that led to hundreds and hundreds of canceled flights and the increase in fees to obtain a passport.

Over the last couple of years, when the media report on these airline fights, they tend to highlight the anti-mask passengers who take things way too far. And besides those reports, they tend to refer to such altercations as ones related to masks in general. So, it was a little surprising to see ABC’s World News Tonight focus specifically on a pro-mask aggressor.

“The woman seen allegedly assaulting an 80-year-old man. Video shows them yelling at each other about masks. The FBI later taking her into custody,” announced fill-in anchor Whit Johnson before handing it off to Los Angeles correspondent Zohreen Shah.

Giving a rundown of exactly what happened on Sunday, Shah noted that the unhinged pro-masker wasn’t even wearing hers properly as she berated an elderly man for not wearing one while eating:

SHAH: This is the moment where things quickly got out of control on a short Delta flight from Tampa to Atlanta.

UNIDENTIFIED MAN: That’s assault. You’re going to jail.

SHAH: Authorities say passenger Patricia Cornwall is seen on video slapping an 80-year-old man, spitting on him, and raising her fist. Eventually yelling at each other about not wearing masks. He can be heard saying he had taken it off while eating. Her mask clearly down as well. The two yelling and swearing at each other for several minutes.

PATRICIA CORNWALL: Put your mask up!

“Crew members then forcing her to the back of the plane for the rest of the flight. Upon landing, she was detained by police, then taken into FBI custody. The male passenger was not charged,” Shah added.

The violent altercation also got 13 seconds of airtime on NBC Nightly News during a longer segment delivered by correspondent Kerry Sanders about those flight cancelations and staffing shortages. He also highlighted annoyed flight attendant unions who didn’t like the CDC shortening Covid quarantines from 10 days down to five.

“This comes as flight attendants who are physically closest to passengers were forced yet again Sunday to break up a fight. One unmasked passenger confronting another who had pulled his mask down to eat,” Sanders reported.

NBC may not have spent that much time on it, but it set a better example of how CBS could have reported it.

CBS’s omission of the pro-mask lunatic was made possible because of lucrative sponsorships from Prevagen and Purina. Their contact information is linked so you can tell them about the biased news they fund.

There has been an unprecedented number of heated, often violent confrontations since the start of the year, fueled by the pandemic. Video obtained by TMZ showing an apparent flight breaking out on an overnight Delta flight from L.A. to Memphis last week. American Airlines banning a passenger for life for allegedly attacking a flight attendant in October, breaking several bones in her face.

Heading into the Christmas weekend, the FAA reporting more than 5,700 incidents involving unruly passengers. More than 4,100 involving masks, this year alone.

Delta saying such situations are rare and they have zero tolerance for unruly behavior. Whit?
