With the midterm elections just two weeks away, the liberal media have ramped up their efforts to drag their dreamboat, Democratic Congressman Beto O’Rourke over the finish line in the Texas Senate race. With President Trump’s visit to campaign for Senator Ted Cruz (R) on Monday, the broadcast networks (ABC, CBS, and NBC) seized on the opportunity boast about Beto’s qualities while downplaying his poor poll numbers.
Billionaires, especially liberal ones, aren’t just funding candidates and impeachment campaigns in 2018. Many are also funding ballot initiatives around the country, mostly in states they don’t live in.
The Center for Public Integrity (CPI) found that 34 billionaires including liberals George Soros, Tom Steyer, Michael Bloomberg and Facebook founder and CEO Mark Zuckerberg spent a combined $78 million on statewide ballot measures this year. The story was co-published by the left-wing magazine The Atlantic.

His 2016 score was 12. But that didn’t stop the New York Times on Monday from trying to spin the Democrat as a “moderate” centrist.” Meanwhile, Donnelly’s Republican opponent appeals to the “conservatives.” The headline for the Michael Tackett story warned, “Indiana Democrat Tests If Centrism Still Appeals.”
In a series of truly mind-boggling reports on Monday, all three network morning shows bizarrely accused the Trump administration of considering “changing the definition of gender” by simply reversing Obama-era regulations that actually did change the definition of gender by abandoning the scientific and biological meaning of the term.
U.S. Senator Cory Booker (D-NJ) made a recent appearance on Univision’s Sunday political affairs talk show Al Punto, and admitted the veracity of the basis of several thinkpieces to emerge over the past few weeks- namely, that the Democrats are having a tough time persuading Hispanics to vote for them in the 2018 midterm elections.
On Sunday's MSNBC Live, longtime journalist and liberal MSNBC contributor Jonathan Alter proclaimed that "you can kiss democracy goodbye" if Republicans retain control of the House of Representatives as he also complained that the press are not being tough enough on President Donald Trump as he has given the media more access before the midterm elections.
Late Monday morning on NBCNews.com, former CNNer and current NBC senior media reporter Dylan Byers bemoaned how social media sites have become “a minefield for journalists” where they face “perils” such as “stray[ing] from reporting” and thus “opening news organizations to accusations of partisan bias.”
The New York Times reported from Omaha on Saturday: “Trump Seizes On Migrant Caravan to Rev Up Republican Voters.” "Barely two weeks away from an election that threatens to sweep Republicans from power in the House of Representatives and dash any lingering hope of conservative immigration reform, the party, led by President Trump, is leaning more aggressively into dark portrayals of undocumented immigrants in a bid to galvanize voters. Mr. Trump, whose political appeal among his core voters has largely been rooted in warnings about illegal immigration as a threat to American security, sovereignty and identity, has stepped up his hard-line, inflammatory attacks on Latin American migrants...."
On his Saturday evening show, liberal CNN host Van Jones devoted several minutes to Democratic charges of "voter suppression" by Republicans, and even misleadingly used an edited clip of Georgia GOP gubernatorial nominee Brian Kemp from 2014 as the CNN host suggested it was evidence the GOP candidate wanted to block minorities from voting in his state.
Veteran journalist Carl Bernstein pushed conspiracy theories on Sunday, claiming that the Trump administration will declare the midterm elections “illegitimate,” should the Republicans narrowly lose the House of Representatives. In between calling the president a liar like no other, the reporter demanded the press do more: “We need to be doing much more than just Trump lie catching.”
On Monday’s The View, the show started off with the hosts ripping into President Trump and “the right” for speaking out against the caravan of illegal aliens marching towards the U.S./Mexico border. Meghan McCain was the only co-host to argue for stronger immigration laws, as the rest of the hosts complained about racism and the lack of “humanity” the President displayed.
On Monday, all three broadcast network morning shows offered a heroic portrayal of the caravan of thousands of illegal immigrants heading to the U.S. border from Central America. Anchors and correspondents were particularly thrilled by the group “defying” President Trump’s demand that they turn back, being “undeterred” from “their mission to get to America.”
The midterm elections are looming and things could go either way the left. They’re tried everything but acting sane, and the “blue wave” still looks like a ripple. Why not one more Trump = Hitler warning, this time in the form of a NYT video op-ed from a Yale philosophy professor?
A failure to elect a Democrat majority in Congress in a couple of weeks could drive leftwing actress Jane Fonda insane. Who is the source for this information? Why, Jane Fonda herself in the October 20 Hollywood Reporter. The ironic thing is that in the same article, Fonda accuses President Donald Trump of having PTSD.
After the New York Times shared a leaked White House memo that suggested the Trump administration would cut Obama era policies which gave special privileges and protections to those who identified as “transgender,” the media has reacted predictably with outrage. On CNN’s New Day Monday, political analyst John Avlon and hosts John Berman and Alisyn Camerota used the gender issue as well as the issue of illegal immigration to rally viewers to vote against President Trump’s “lies, bigotry and fear” in the upcoming November election.
