In Sunday night’s episode of Fox’s Family Guy, “Are You There God? It’s Me, Peter,” Peter Griffin meets a very vulgar God while in a coma and eventually learns that God doesn’t exist, which is unsurprising for the show created by notorious atheist Seth MacFarlane. The conversation between the two ranges from God’s non-existence to God’s statement that humans are reincarnated as other animals and humans to God’s misconduct with some angels.

The Showtime series I’m Dying Up Here returned earlier this month with the start of the brand-new second season. However, it has still yet to move past the awful low-brow humor that plagues the series. Once again, it’s back to taking a swipe against the Christian faith through a new character.

Showtime’s Billions can’t decide what type of show it wants to be. Google characterizes the show, “Wealth, influence and corruption collide.” Two episodes ago, U.S. Attorney Chuck Rhoades (Paul Giamatti) colluded with corrupt hedge fund manager Bobby Axelrod (Damian Lewis) to plant evidence in an innocent man’s house and put him in jail to cover up their own involvement in a company sabotage gone wrong. Yet when it comes to President Trump, all of a sudden Billions is all about doing what’s right and “mounting the resistance."

Once again, Univision anchor Jorge Ramos proves that no argument is off limits so long as it advances the network’s gun control agenda, not even a conspiracy theory with no basis in fact.

As has been stated previously, the liberal media made total fools out of themselves last Wednesday night when they rushed to claim President Trump had slammed all immigrants as “animals.” And when the video of the full context came out, nearly all of them issued corrections and retractions. Yet despite the media’s own retractions, panelists on CBS’s Face the Nation and CNN’s Reliable Sources thought it was fair to do that to the President given his past comments about immigrants.

Kowtowing to the leftists who carry protest signs that demand “ICE Out of California”, Telemundo reporting of Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) arrests has reached a new low.

The editor-at-large of Esquire magazine flat out declares he wants to ban all guns. Liberals always seem to be declaring they only want bans or restrictions on certain types of guns. Added to that is their declaration of support for the Second Amendment. However, once in a while, one of those liberals lets their mask drop and makes their true intention known.

For the liberal media, the only real problem for America when came to gun violence was that pesky Second Amendment and your access to firearms. And while they talked a good game about an “all of the above” solution, their only goal was to restrict your rights. A grade-A example of this kind of attitude was on display Sunday during ABC’s This Week, where host George Stephanopoulos grilled Texas Lieutenant Governor Dan Patrick about gun control for his state while ignoring Patrick’s point regarding the devaluation of life by our culture.

CBS’s The Good Fight continues to push its liberal agenda unashamedly. Sunday’s episode likened President Trump’s immigration policy to the Holocaust, touted sanctuary cities, and showcased a nude photo of First Lady Melania Trump.

There was another tragic shooting by a disturbed person, which means it’s another opportunity for the liberal media to call for the government to take your guns away. But with the Santa Fe, Texas school shooting, the suspect didn’t use the media’s favorite gun to demonize, the AR-15, he used a sawed-off shotgun and a revolver. Both are common firearms for hunting and self-defense. But that didn’t stop NBC Sunday Today anchor Willie Geist and Meet the Press moderator Chuck Todd from hoping “something” would come and restrict your “access” to your constitutional rights.

PBS NewsHour anchor Judy Woodruff asked her regular Friday pundits David Brooks and Mark Shields to evaluate the Robert Mueller probe after a year. Shields, for his part, took out a verbal baseball bat and began attacking House Intelligence Committee chairman Devin Nunes as not only stupid and immature, but as the 21st century equivalent of Joe McCarthy:

In the past week, several networks have repeated questionable claims that an eight-month-old Palestinian baby was killed by Israeli tear gas in the Gaza Strip. And MSNBC's Ayman Mohyeldin even went so far as to twice repeat a discredited story that a paraplegic in a wheel chair was killed by Israeli snipers without noting that the IDF already disputed the story in March.

In its April 2018 Monthly Treasury Statement, the federal government reported that it ran an all-time single-month record $214 billion surplus, primarily because it took in a record $510 billion in receipts. The Associated Press's Josh Boak ignored the collections record, even though the AP noted the previous record when it occurred in 2015. Instead, Boak presented a different and far smaller out-of-context collections figure, and falsely claimed that the Republican Congress's tax cuts are responsible for the increase in fiscal 2018's seven-month budget deficit compared to last year. This negligence irresponsibly enables leftist pundits to continue to scream that the tax cuts aren't working, despite growing evidence that they really are.

Washington Post chief film critic Ann Hornaday demonstrated a little too much feminist enthusiasm in her Friday article in the Style section. The headline was “And the summer box office’s big winner is . . . Ruth Bader Ginsburg?” CNN Films made a gushy Ginsburg documentary called RBG that has grossed two million dollars. Somehow, that makes her comparable to an Avengers movie.

Who knew? This week’s adventure with Fake News had President Trump riffing out of the blue as follows, reported here by The New York Times. Cue the fake news outrage. The correct story, which took hours to catch up, was that the President had never slurred immigrants or illegal immigrants. His remarks were a response to a comment from the Fresno, California Sheriff who had just said: “There could be an MS-13 gang member, I know about, if they don’t reach a threshold, I cannot tell ICE about them.”
