According to MSNBC Deadline host Nicolle Wallace and New York Times editorial board member Mara Gay, President Trump's refusal to wear a mask is just more proof that he has "disregard for human life" and that the only thing that matters to him is his own ego.

While the coronavirus pandemic has upended television programming and viewing in a litany of ways, one thing has remained the same, which has been the Fox News Channel's domance as the most-watched network in the cable TV industry. FNC also continued its beatdown of liberal rivals MSNBC and CNN in total day numbers, primetime ratings, and the coveted advertising viewership of people between 25 years of age and 54 years old.

It started out as reasonable venting during Wednesday’s handoff between Cuomo PrimeTime and CNN Tonight about how the police treat African Americans and how white people should be more receptive. But it all went too far when the latter’s host, Don Lemon blamed the death of George Floyd in Minneapolis on President Trump. On top of that, he and Chris Cuomo asserted that people on the right would be all-in for gun control if it were African Americans protesting like those demanding Michigan reopen.

FX on Hulu’s historical revisionism of Phyllis Schlafly and the battle over the Equal Rights Amendment is finally over. After Mrs. America portrayed her as cold, cruel, calculating, insincere, tolerant of racism, and supported by the KKK, it added “abusive” to friends and supporters to its litany of attacks. In addition to the parting shots at Schlafly, the finale exposed the real liberal agenda behind the series, by highlighting the ratification of the E.R.A. in recent years and the left’s push to rescind Congress’s 1982 deadline for its passage.

While Twitter targeted President Trump with fact-checks, the CBS Evening News and NBC Nightly News scoffed at his understandably angry reaction on Wednesday. While they were amused by him fuming at his favorite social media platform, neither of them cared to report how Twitter’s in-house fact-checker was an anti-Trump activist who had leveled many false accusations against the President, including calling him an “actual Nazi.”

In White House correspondent Annie Karni’s “Political Memo” in the New York Times, “A Dizzying Effort to Pitch Trump to Black Voters, Despite Divisive Remarks,” she seemed quite perturbed with black Americans getting together in support of Donald Trump: "It’s a dizzying effort by Mr. Trump’s black advisers to put their spin on his record -- often with a hall-of-mirrors quality, as they push false claims about opponents while boosting a president who retweets racist material."

Leading off his eponymous Fox News show on Tuesday with a montrage of liberal media hypocrisy on coronavirus lockdowns, Tucker Carlson brought on veteran journalist Lara Logan to further excoriate the liberal media for showing anger and disapproval with the reopening of America and people daring to leave their homes. Logan stressed the importance of looking “at the whole context of something” and argued that the media have failed to do amid the pandemic.

Twitter fact-checked President Donald Trump for suggesting that mail-in ballots could lead to voter fraud. When he responded by accusing the platform of foul play, liberal journalists from all corners of the internet came out of the woodwork to slam him. Dylan Byers of the Byers Market Newsletter summarized the incident:

On Wednesday, Washington state Superior Court Judge Brian McDonald granted Fox News’s motion to dismiss the farcical pipe-dream of a lawsuit by the far-left WASHLITE claiming First Amendment rights don’t apply to the cable network. Why? According to WASHLITE, their early coverage of the coronavirus pandemic was deadly irresponsible. On the ruling’s last page, McDonald threw WASHLITE a bone in asserting the public should have “accurate information about the coronavirus and COVID-19,” but they were otherwise way off.

Over the Memorial Day weekend, while Fox News Channel was practicing good journalism by informing its viewers about Governor Andrew Cuomo's dishonesty in trying to blame the Donald Trump administration for the New York Democrat's order to force nursing homes to accept Covid-19 patients, thus leading to more of their residents getting sick and dying, CNN forwarded the Cuomo administration's deceptions without correcting them while MSNBC ignored the tragic scandal altogether.

Republican National Committee Chairwoman Ronna McDaniel scorched Twitter’s fact-checking system for denying the possibility of voter fraud. McDaniel roasted Twitter’s leadership in a tweet thread for fact-checking President Donald Trump’s concerns about voter fraud in mail-in ballots.

Kathy Griffin is once again back in the news for making yet another threatening remark about Donald Trump online. The 59-year-old comedian is now making headlines after suggesting that someone give President Trump a syringe with “nothing but air inside it.”

On Wednesday’s The View, Joy Behar was already questioning the legitimacy of the upcoming presidential election, by claiming that if Trump wins, it’s because he cheated. The topic came up while the hosts were blasting Trump for promoting a conspiracy theory on Twitter, in his bitter battle with MSNBC host, Joe Scarborough. But Joy Behar showed she was no better by pushing her own baseless conspiracy theory. She claimed that the only way Republicans could win in the upcoming election was if Trump cheated.

The usually more placid Squawk Box exploded on Wednesday as two of the co-hosts blasted each other about the shutdown, jobs and Donald Trump. Co-host/New York Times journalist Andrew Ross Sorkin mocked fellow co-host Joe Kernen as nothing more than a puppet for “your friend” Donald Trump. Kernen accused his fellow host of being too negative on the stock market and recovery.

When the cool kids sneer at you, do you wear it like a badge of honor? Mike Lindell should. He’s the “MyPillow Guy,” the TV-friendly entrepreneur and enthusiastic Trump supporter. He’s also a former drug addict who got himself clean and turned into an outspoken evangelical Christian.
