The women of The View on Wednesday angrily denounced Ben Carson for an awkward moment during congressional testimony. The Housing and Urban Development Secretary didn’t know what the acronym REO stood for and made a joke about Oreos. This prompted co-host Joy Behar to blow up: “He's also under the influence of Donald Svengali who already created this cult of mentally crazy people! I mean, everybody who believes Donald Trump I believe has to look a little closer.”

According to its producers, pro-life film Unplanned has been effectively “banned” in Canada due to several prominent Canadian distributors’ refusal to pick up the film because of its pro-life content.

Liberal billionaire George Soros gives millions each year to fund a left-wing media empire that promotes far-left opinions. It’s only natural that some of those Soros-funded or Soros-linked media are pushing the eco-socialist Green New Deal and hoping to influence the upcoming presidential race.

The Green New Deal resolution was introduced by Democratic Socialist Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) and Sen. Edward Markey (D-MA). Ocasio-Cortez described it as a “comprehensive agenda of economic, social and racial justice,” aiming to force a New Deal-like federal mobilization designed to “achieve net-zero greenhouse gas emissions through a fair and just transition.”

During a report on Wednesday’s Today show promoting “protests from coast to coast” against pro-life legislation in various states, NBC reporter Stephanie Gosk fretted over such a measure being considered in Louisiana. She noted how “calls from patients have spiked” at a New Orleans abortion clinic and ironically asked a member of the clinic’s staff if a “violent act” had ever occurred at the facility.

The New York Times Magazine has posted its Sunday cover story on ABC's The View, touted as "The Most Important Political TV Show in America." Behar lamented that Hillary Clinton made a big mistake not coming on the show more than once in 2016 so she could show she was a "gregarious grandma." ABC wanted to help her win, and she didn't cooperate!

Willie Geist asked Susan Del Percio what she would do about impeachment "if you were a Democrat?" MSNBC still passes Del Percio off as a "Republican" strategist. But it appears that the most recent person she strategized for was Andrew Cuomo, the liberal Democrat governor of New York.

Lo and behold, sticking to sports is good for media business! We told you so, ESPN. Now you're admitting your detractors were spot on. By cutting back on politics and social justice, The Worldwide Leader in Sports is noticing reduced self-inflicted bleeding. Upon taking the job as ESPN President last year, Jimmy Pitaro called for a cease-fire in politics and the network is experiencing a mild resurgence. Funny how that happens!

While Democrats ironically call for Facebook to be broken up, one would never know from looking at their campaign receipts. In the course of 22 days, Democrats running for president have outspent Trump on social media ads by 5-to-1.

Amazon’s Fleabag is, as described by the Guardian, a sitcom “about terrible people and broken lives.” Somehow, that premise was enough for it get a second season that was released May 17. Even worse, it was apparently enough of an excuse to bring a priest down to its shoddy level.

CNN’s hysterical ratings trouble continued on Sunday evening when a Fox News Channel town hall featuring presidential candidate Pete Buttigieg pulled twice the numbers of a similar event held on March 10 with the Democrat mayor of South Bend, Ind., on the channel that flaunts itself as the “Most Trusted Name in News.” As if that wasn’t bad enough, Fox News also had an average of 1.1 million viewers during the 7 p.m. hour while CNN Newsroom and Kasie DC on MSNBC and hosted by Kasie Hunt -- combined -- fell short of that total.

The liberal media flocked to elevate the some 400-plus pro-abortion protests held Tuesday as they continued to rail against the wave of pro-life legislation designed to protect unborn life. ABC, CBS, NBC, and Spanish-language networks Telemundo and Univision took time out of their evening newscasts to praise the protesters plus the 2020 Democrats who attended. CBS was the lone network to cover the rallies ahead of the severe and dangerous storms sweeping the Midwest.

In response to pro-life legislation being passed through various state legislatures, Planned Parenthood and other activists  launched what they call their nationwide "Day of Action" on Tuesday in protest to these laws. Not surprisingly, that included Planned Parenthood President Dr. Leana Wen being treated to a friendly interview on MSNBC's Andrea Mitchell Reports.

Liberals -- like Joe Lockhart on CNN on Monday -- claim Fox News isn't "journalism" because it was created "to promote conservative Republican political ideas." For the contrast, see MSNBC's most popular host Rachel Maddow on Monday promoting the passionate liberal/Democrat boilerplate of Dr. Leana Wen, the new leader of Planned Parenthood, and the pro-abortion protests planned for Tuesday. It's like the abortion-rights version of a Larry King infomercial on arthritis medication.

Both The New York Times and Washington Post blasted the free speech position taken by President Donald Trump last week. World leaders, led by New Zealand, united around the Christchurch Call to demand stronger internet censorship. This followed the deadly Christchurch terror attack that killed 51 Muslims. President Trump not only refused to sign on, but established a censorship reporting hotline.

During the Third Hour Today show on Tuesday, the network broadcast seized on left-wing outrage over Alabama Public Television deciding not to air an episode of the PBS children’s cartoon Arthur that included a gay wedding. Hosts accused the state of “homophobia and intolerance” for objecting to the controversial program.
