Thursday on ABC’s The View, the hosts had on former Ferguson police chief, Tom Jackson, to talk about his new book about his experience in Ferguson during the Michael Brown shooting. During the conversation, Jackson tried to dispel many of the media myths concerning the shooting of Brown, but instead he got an earful from hosts Sunny Hostin and Whoopi Goldberg about the credibility of “Hands Up, Don’t Shoot.”

On Thursday, The Hill reporter Joe Concha put the media on notice. Speaking about the news that a staffer for Florida Congresswoman and former Democratic National Committee chair Debbie Wasserman Schultz had been arrested trying to flee the country, he blasted the liberal media for ignoring the scandal.

0.01% looks like a small percentage, but $69,000,000 is an enormous number. That’s how much the military would spend on healthcare in 2018 for its 250 transgender members currently in transition, according to NBC’s online article. But instead of focusing on numbers like that, the network news shows touted “outrage” against Trump and interviewed experts claiming the president’s tweets “harm national security.”

During their evening news shows July 26, the three broadcast networks expressed anger, while some ignored critical numbers. NBC Nightly News’ White House Correspondent Kristen Welker reported that, “The latest report shows medical costs for transgender troops represent a small fraction of the overall defense budget.” According to NBC, there are 250 active transgender military members currently in the medical process of “transitioning.”

The taxpayer-funded liberal sandbox known as NPR lowered itself to a Newt Gingrich interview on Wednesday’s Morning Edition, and Gingrich was combatively countering the media narrative on the Russia probe. He insisted special counsel Robert Mueller and fired FBI director Jim Comey represent a “very liberal” Justice Department that has identified no crime to investigate. NPR anchor Rachel Martin was flustered trying to assert the usual liberal-media talking points...and then NPR actually brought on its own political correspondent Domenico Montanaro to rebut Gingrich.

CBS This Morning journalists on Thursday defended the practice of leaking from officials inside the White House and said that investigations cracking down can lead to “terror” inside an administration. Talking about efforts by Anthony Scaramucci to eliminate the leaks, John Dickerson explained, “The problem with leak investigations in all past White Houses is that it clamps down on people inside of the White House. It creates an atmosphere of a little bit of terror.”

On Wednesday's CNN Tonight, host Don Lemon declared that President Donald Trump's announced policy of barring transgenders from serving in the military would be a "return to the dark ages." He then proceeded to command over two panels on the subject in which each panel featured just one right-leaning guest to defend the policy up against two liberal guests plus host Lemon to advocate the liberal view.

It’s standard operating procedure: the liberal media consistently censor or twist coverage of the undercover Planned Parenthood videos. That’s why, as new footage emerges, it’s critical for American citizens to watch it for themselves. In light of recent attempts by Congress to defund Planned Parenthood, the Center for Medical Progress (CMP) released a new video Thursday of a Planned Parenthood medical director revealing late-term “dismemberment” and partial-birth abortion protocols.

During the past six months, the broadcast networks have provided massive coverage of the Trump presidency, but last night they had almost no time to let viewers know about an actual success of his administration.

The President's announcement on Wednesday of a $10 billion investment in a U.S.-based manufacturing plant in Wisconsin drew a scant 40 seconds of news coverage on the CBS Evening News (15 seconds) and NBC Nightly News (25 seconds), while ABC's World News Tonight skipped it entirely. The continued record run of the stock market under Trump – the Dow Jones Industrial Average hit another all-time high on Tuesday – was utterly ignored.

New York Times congressional reporter Carl Hulse, who now writes the paper’s “On Washington” column, made the front page Thursday with a tribute to his favorite kind of Republican -- a moderate currently making life difficult for conservatives: “A Swing Vote From Alaska Isn’t Swayed.” Profile of moderate Republican Sen. Lisa Murkowski. Hulse’s favorite kind of story of all is cheering on Democrats who batter Republicans, but he clearly enjoyed this take as well.

The President of the United States on Thursday tweeted an article containing Media Research Center data on how the press isn’t interested in a scandal engulfing a top Democrat. NewsBusters’s Curtis Houck wrote on Tuesday that ABC, CBS and NBC skipped the arrest of Imran Awan.

Ultra left-wing activist and filmmaker Michael Moore is so desperate to get President Trump out of office, his absurd ideas of how to accomplish that show just how out of touch he is. Wednesday night on fellow Trump-hater Stephen Colbert’s The Late Show, Moore complained that he “refused to live” in Trump’s America, so “something’s got to change.” Laying down an ultimatum, Moore commanded that everyone who hates Trump must form an “army of satire” to “bring him down.”

The TLC show I Am Jazz went out of its way to smack non-transgender viewers in the July 26th episode titled "Face Your Demons." The highlight was a Facebook Live chat with Jazz and two other transgender teens which was made in the name of education and support for others.

The liberal media love Former Vice President Al Gore, the politician turned climate “crusader.” So much so that one of the biggest media companies in the nation — Viacom — is throwing its massive weight behind his new movie. That means Viacom’s “approximately 700 million global subscribers” will be inundated with global warming propaganda to prop up Gore’s Inconvenient Sequel: Truth to Power, which was already being distributed by Viacom’s Paramount brand. Expect the $14-billion company’s other outlets like MTV, VH1, CMT, BET, Comedy Central, Spike and even Nickelodeon to heat up your cable box pushing the flawed documentary and climate alarmism.

Take your stinkin’ paws off my photo you damn dirty ape. OK, it’s not exactly Charlton Heston, but the war between Peta and a photographer isn’t Planet of the Apes either.

It’s still a struggle of man vs. ape. In the original movie, apes took over after mankind had all-but wiped itself out with nuclear weapons. Today, we have worse tools at our disposal -- lawyers and eco-nuts. Alternet gave us both wrapped up in the same wacky package.

Another pillar of the Obama Administration fell today when President Trump banned transgenders from serving in the U.S. military, and two former athletes are crying foul in The Washington Post. Des Bieler gave former Olympic decathlon champion Bruce (nee Caitlyn) Jenner and retired NBA sharpshooter Ray Allen a forum for blasting the president today.
