In the rarefied air of “American letters,” as scored by The New York Times, radical gay activist and playwright Larry Kramer must be front-page material of the Weekend Arts section. Kramer has a new “historical novel,” which abuses history energetically. The Times headline was “Retelling History to Prove A Point.” Online it was “Larry Kramer Retells History With Passion.”

But it’s not “retelling.” It’s smearing a pile of American historical figures (printed on bills in your wallet) as raging homosexuals

MSNBC's Joy Reid set aside nearly six minutes of air time on Wednesday's The Reid Report to letting homosexual activists Larry Kramer and Dan Savage boast about their longtime involvement in the far-left LGBT movement. Reid gave Kramer a platform to wax ecstatic about his founding of the radical group ACT-UP, as well as boost his play/movie The Normal Heart. Savage hyped his It Gets Better Project, and sang the praises of Kramer during the segment

On Thursday's Early Show, CBS's Seth Doane and Chris Wragge lauded playwright Larry Kramer and his "brilliantly done...and very good" play, "The Normal Heart," while glossing over his long history of radical homosexual activism. Kramer once denigrated former President Ronald Reagan as "Adolf Reagan" and even went so far to call for "Nuremberg trials" to try not only Reagan, but even the top brass of the New York Times for perpetrating a "holocaust" against homosexuals.
