Time.com offered a viewpoint from gay publicist Howard Bragman (sorry, “one of America's leading crisis communications counselors”) accusing “The Boy Scouts Stoop to a New Low.” The new low? Announcing that they might be surrendering on gay Boy Scouts during the media’s heavy focus on the Boston Marathon bombing.
What if liberals inside the organization want to "soften the blow" to tradition-minded Scouts and Scout parents? The Left can’t even let the Boy Scouts surrender quietly – if that’s what’s going to happen:.

CNN joined the New York Times in hyping Ronald Reagan's liberal activist daughter saying her father would have approved of same-sex marriage. Thursday's Starting Point devoted a whole segment to Patti Davis' claims and hosted her openly-gay friend who gave credence to her argument.
"Patti said she never spoke to her father about gay marriage," reported anchor John Berman. Nevertheless, CNN deemed the post-mortem claims of Regan's liberal activist daughter, who dropped her last name while in college and carved her own liberal path, newsworthy.

The controversy continues over Chaz Bono's participation in ABC's upcoming season of "Dancing with the Stars." The response to the transgender contestant's role in a once-family friendly show has left ABC with an ongoing PR problem.
Chaz Bono is considered a "star" for one reason: Using his status as the child of Cher and Sony Bono to make a very public display of gender identity change, including writing a book, and starring in the Emmy-nominated documentary "Becoming Chaz."
But the network is being coy about the gender identity issue, as evidenced by the confusing segment with "ABC News Consultant" and Chaz's representative Howard Bragman on ABC's "Good Morning America."
