On her eponymous CNN show on Thursday night, Christiane Amanpour verbally harassed former U.K. Prime Minister Tony Blair over his involvement in the Iraq War and specifically whether he and former U.S. President George W. Bush “feel pain” and “a sense of responsibility” for the war having supposedly caused recent Islamic terror attacks in Paris and San Bernardino.

The Public Broadcasting Service isn’t really a representative of the Public, as everyone should know. It’s the defender of liberal elite opinion, no matter what the polls say. This week, the polls are stacking up against President Obama on his ISIS policy and his Syrian-refugee policy. But the PBS NewsHour stands with Obama and in horror at the current Republican Party.
Both liberal Mark Shields and fake-conservative David Brooks agreed Friday night that today’s GOP presidential candidate are horrendous, especially compared to how George W. Bush now looks like Abe Lincoln now on Islam.

Opining on HBO’s Real Time on Friday’s Islamic terror attacks in Paris, former MSNBC host and liberal activist Dylan Ratigan explained that the reason Islamist extremists despise the United States and Western Civilization (and thus carry out attacks) is due to U.S. “financ[ing] the capital flow into Saudi Arabia” that cause poor Muslims to commit such atrocities against innocent people in the West.

It is a devastating, indisputable fact of history -- George W. Bush was president when jihadists murdered 3,000 people in the United States on the morning of Sept. 11, 2001.
For the liberals who loathed Bush during the 2000 campaign, and who then succumbed during the Florida recount to a chronic condition later diagnosed as Bush Derangement Syndrome, Bush's presence at the helm that horrific day is not damning enough. The latest media double-standard was on display Wednesday night as ABC’s World News Tonight ran a full report dubbed “an ABC News investigation” into news that former President George W. Bush charged a speaking fee to appear before a veterans charity while having neglecting to have done a similar report digging into the millions made in speaking fees by Bill and Hillary Clinton.

During a segment called “Democalypse 2016" on Tuesday night's edition of The Daily Show, host Jon Stewart hammered former Florida governor and likely Republican presidential candidate Jeb Bush for supporting the decision made by former GOP president George W. Bush -- his older brother -- to invade Iraq “even knowing what we know now.”
“Long term, mentioning his brother's name is like wearing an 'I F**k Dogs' T-shirt during your campaign,” the departing liberal anchor claimed, adding that he might only “be appealing to a small fringe of dead-enders.”

On Thursday night, the CBS Evening News and NBC Nightly News neglected to mention video that had surfaced earlier in the day of Hillary Clinton attacking the Bush administration in 2007 over their supposed email practices. Instead of mentioning this latest example of hypocrisy by a Clinton, CBS touted a Democratic Congressman who lamented that this story is merely “in the realm of presidential politics” while NBC’s Andrea Mitchell pushed a Clinton-camp talking point and dubbed the scandal as just “fuss.”

Fox News Channel host Bill O'Reilly used Wednesday evening's edition of The O'Reilly Factor to hammer “haters on both sides” of the political divide during a segment entitled “Hating President Obama.”
He began by stating: “At the height of the Iraq War, the vilification of President Bush the younger was off the chart,” with “the left in America accusing him and Vice President Dick Cheney of lying to get us into the war.”

During a press conference on Friday, Ed Henry -- the Fox News Channel's chief White House correspondent -- stated that former New York City mayor Rudy Giuliani has been harshly criticized for claiming that Barack Obama does not love America.
Henry then compared that remark with one made by then-candidate Obama when he charged that then-president George W. Bush was “irresponsible” and “unpatriotic” for increasing the federal debt by $4 trillion during his two terms in the White House.

In an angry editorial published in the Sunday edition of the New York Times, the newspaper's editorial board called on president Barack Obama to “Prosecute Torturers and Their Bosses.”
The list of offenders “in a credible investigation” is a long one, including former vice president Dick Cheney; his chief of staff, David Addington; former CIA director George Tenet; and John Yoo and Jay Bybee, the lawyers for the Office of Legal Counsel who helped draft the documents clearing the way for “enhanced interrogation“ of prisoners and enemy combatants.

On Monday night, ABC News continued to report on the impending release of a report on the CIA’s post-9/11 interrogation methods as though partisanship had no role when, in fact, Democrats on the Senate Intelligence Committee are the very reason it was compiled and will be released.
Following a morning in which ABC’s Good Morning America and NBC’s Today made no mention of the political reasoning, ABC kept the streak going on World News Tonight with David Muir with another report from ABC News chief global affairs correspondent Martha Raddatz.
