Another Hollywood liberal infatuated by Hillary Clinton and Bernie Sanders. Actress Jill Hennessy (IMDb page), best-known for starring roles on NBC’s Law & Order and Crossing Jordan, hailed Hillary Clinton: “I just think she has accomplished more than most people accomplish in about five lifetimes.” But she was quick to also trumpet Bernie Sanders: “I find him really inspiring. I think he’s tremendous.”

The comments from the actress-singer born in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, came during a pre-recorded interview aired Friday on Bloomberg TV’s With All Due Respect to promote a new album from the actress who now plays an intelligence analyst on CBS’s Madam Secretary.

When John Heilemann asked her opinion of Hillary Clinton, Hennessy spilled:

I’ve always had the most profound respect for her. I just think she has accomplished more than most people accomplish in about five lifetimes. But I love a lot of what Bernie Sanders is saying too, man. I find him really inspiring. I think he’s tremendous. And we need a jolt of that. He’s actually really laying some really nice groundwork right now, I think.
