Tuesday on Morning Joe, regular contributor Mike Barnicle slammed Republicans who want to continue the fight against ObamaCare. Barnicle was aghast that Mike Lee (R-UT) expressed frustration at Mitch McConnell for the Kentucky Senator’s refusal to put another ObamaCare repeal to the floor of Congress. 

Barnicle shouted: “What is wrong with these people? I mean, what is going on?” He explained: “Are they so unbound from reality that they continue to do this?” He added that the “Supreme Court already ruled on this.”

After Mark Halperin explained how the Republicans “still think it’s [ObamaCare] bad policy,” the former Boston Globe writer asserted: “I understand that. They made that clear. But, I mean, let’s move on! Where’s their alternative?” Putting the finishing touches on his rant, Barnicle hit those who want ObamaCare repealed as “crazy.”

MIKE BARNICLE: Was there something in that news read that we just had that an aide to Senator Mike Lee was upset because Mitch McConnell or the leadership of the Republicans in the senate would not put another, yet another attempt to repeal Obamacare on the floor? 

MIKA BRZEZINKSI: That's correct. 

BARNICLE: Was that accurate? 

BRZEZINSKI: We said that. 

BARNICLE: What is wrong with these people? I mean, what is going on? 

BRZEZINSKI: You know – 

BARNICLE: Are they so unbound from reality that they continue to do this? Supreme Court, the Supreme --

BRZEZINSKI: They are secretly supportive of Donald Trump. 

BARNICLE: The Supreme Court already ruled on this.

MARK HALPERIN: Well, they ruled on aspects of the constitutionality, but they still think it's bad policy. 

BARNICLE: I understand that. They made that clear. But, I mean, let’s move on! Where’s their alternative?

BRZEZINSKI: Alright, let's move on. 

BARNICLE: They’ve never had an alternative. They're crazy!
