Congresswoman Gabrielle Giffords (D-Ariz.) has been shot in the head at a Safeway in Tucson, Arizona (ABC News video follows):

Some news agencies are claiming she has died. However, Fox News and the Associated Press are reporting that she is still alive but in critical condition at a Tucson hospital.

Please say a prayer for Giffords as well as those injured and killed in this senseless tragedy.
