Continuing the effort on the now-cancelled MSNBC’s Now to defend Planned Parenthood from its video scandal, National Organization for Women President Terry O’Neill joined host Alex Wagner on Thursday to gush over how the “beloved” provider of abortions and alleged seller of body parts from aborted babies “has nothing to apologize for” and mocked female GOP senators who want to defund the taxpayer-funded group.

For the second time in a week, Fox News Channel (FNC) host Bill O’Reilly turned to statistics from the “very accurate” Media Research Center to form the basis of a segment of The O’Reilly Factor concerning the major broadcast network coverage of the Planned Parenthood scandal with Thursday’s mention comparing it with the droves of coverage given to the shooting death of Cecil the lion in Zimbabwe.

After almost nine days of silence on the Planned Parenthood baby parts scandal, CBS and NBC ended their coverage blackout with full stories following the release of a fourth horrifying video from the Center for Medical Progress (CMP) while ABC and Spanish-language networks Telemundo and Univision ignored it. However, the stories on the CBS Evening News and NBC Nightly News were anything but impressive as the duo largely played defense for the abortion providers in bemoaning the defunding “attack in Congress.”

The string of Planned Parenthood sting videos and their shocking revelations will "silence" pro-choice Democrats who are seeking to avoid electoral defeat and/or setbacks against abortion rights, Daily Beast writers Samantha Allen and Olivia Nuzzi argued in their July 30 piece, "Why Dems Don’t Want to Talk About Planned Parenthood."

CNN's Alisyn Camerota regurgitated common liberal talking points in defense of federal funding for Planned Parenthood on Thursday's New Day as she interviewed Senator Joni Ernst. Camerota noted that Senator Ernst "sponsored a bill to defund them," and spotlighted that "the argument against that is that Planned Parenthood provides a whole host of services beyond abortion services. They provide birth control; they provide cancer screenings that...tens of thousands of women and men rely upon."

On today’s session of The View, supposed “conservative voice” Nicolle Wallace again showed her true liberal colors.

In a discussion surrounding Cecil the Lion, co-host Raven-Symoné declared that “people for #BlackLivesMatter are outlash – are backlashing too, because they said ‘it’s a lion, but when we tried to start a movement, it didn’t get as much hoopla.’ And I don’t believe that’s true.”

In article on Thursday entitled “Clinton’s Planned Parenthood ties run deep,” Politico reporters Annie Karni and Anna Palmer touted “opportunities for the Democratic front-runner” despite the scandal swirling around the abortion provider: “And while Republicans seized on the scandal to attack Clinton – demanding that she return the group’s campaign contributions – some Democrats were quick to see some silver linings.”

The latest video exposing the trafficking of aborted babies by Planned Parenthood showed workers casually laughing over and probing at pieces of a “baby” and “another boy.”

The Center for Medical Progress (CMP) released a fourth investigative video July 30 showing Planned Parenthood executive, Dr. Savita Ginde, bartering over baby part pricing while admitting that the chances of providing intact organs are better if a woman “delivers before we get to see them.” The video showed Planned Parenthood workers laughing over “five-star” baby parts while trying not to “smush” them.

Wednesday night on All In, MSNBC's Chris Hayes invited Planned Parenthood executive vice president Dawn Laguens to the program to discuss the videos released by the Center for Medical Progress. Seemingly not too concerned with the selling of fetal baby parts, Hayes wondered if there was “some sense” that the “reproductive health” organization has “been infiltrated. I mean, are there security concerns?”

Atheist, Democrat, professor and social critic—that’s Camille Paglia. But in a recent interview with Salon, she had some choice words for the liberal media.

In a discussion about Jon Stewart and his influence on the media, Paglia declared, “At what point will liberals wake up to realize the stranglehold that they had on the media for so long?”

MRC President Brent Bozell issued the following statement after Politico reported that Planned Parenthood's crisis PR firm “circulated a memo to reporters and producers late Monday that discouraged them from airing the undercover videos.”

The Center for Medical Progress has now issued a third recording of Planned Parenthood officials explaining their grotesque trafficking in baby body parts. It is even more devastating than the first two.

The “news” media barely covered the second installment.  They will probably pass over this one altogether. Trump World is apparently far more important than the extermination of babies for profit.
