Eric Bradner touted in a Sunday article on CNN.com that the "Republican presidential contenders condemned" the man who murdered three people at a Planned Parenthood in Colorado, but "largely stood by their fierce criticism of the organization." Bradner played up that "Ben Carson...was the only Republican candidate to call on anti-abortion activists to alter their approach" in the wake of the deadly shooting.

On all three broadcast network Sunday talk shows, hosts pressed some of their GOP guests by forwarding a quote from Planned Parenthood complaining that "hateful rhetoric" from abortion opponents had contributed to the shooting attack on Planned Parenthood Rocky Mountain in Colorado.

NBC's Chuck Todd on Meet the Press notably managed to utter the words "hateful rhetoric" three times and "heated rhetoric" once as he repeatedly brought up Planned Parenthood's complaints about being criticized by the pro-life movement for selling baby parts.

ABC’s Scandal just aired what was in effect a one hour long commercial for Planned Parenthood and boy are they grateful for the lies that were just spread on their behalf to millions of viewers! Here are the top 5 most ridiculously over-the-top pro-Planned Parenthood propaganda scenes, in chronological order.

Blindspot’s most recent episode, “Persecute Envoys,” spent most of its airtime stoking anti-police sentiment and blaming the deaths of several New York police officers on their own captain. But the show’s writers weren’t willing to settle for pushing just one liberal narrative. Instead, we get another twofer - defending Planned Parenthood AND hitting a, presumably conservative, congressman for hypocrisy on abortion.

Even though Mother Jones blogger Kevin Drum describes Charles Krauthammer as a “hardcore conservative,” he suggested in a Friday post that Krauthammer is too enlightened to be on the same page as most right-wingers regarding Obama White House scandals.

When Krauthammer argued recently against the effort to impeach IRS commissioner John Koskinen, he commented that on matters including the IRS/Tea Party flap and the Benghazi attack, Republicans, despite not persuading the majority of the public of Obama-administration “malfeasance,” had had “the facts and the argument” on their side. Drum wrote, “Does [Krauthammer] really believe this? Or does he know it's baloney but figures he needs some kind of acceptable cover to get Republicans off their Ahab-like zeal for investigating nothingburgers?” According to Drum, Dr. K does indeed understand that it’s baloney.

Earlier today, Katie Yoder at NewsBusters posted and described the latest video from the Center for Medical Progress on Planned Parenthood's late-term abortion business and its related ghoulish work in harvesting fetal tissue from abortions for research.

Yoder's work and that CMP video caused me to remember how the Associated Press wrote up Planned Parenthood's announcement that it would cease taking compensation for fetal tissue harvesting on October 13.

Have you decided what outfit you're going to wear on Halloween? Well, liberal actress and comedienne Lena Dunham has already made her choice and announced on Tuesday in her Lenny Letter email newsletter that she's going to dress up on Saturday, October 31, “as something newsy, sexy, and cool: a Planned Parenthood doctor!”

“The most successful Halloween costumes are classic but topical, sexy but funny, not too ugly and not too obscure, perfect conversation starters and ideal photo-ops,” Dunham wrote while explaining her choice for this year's outfit.

Carol Costello took aim at Carly Fiorina on Tuesday's CNN Newsroom over her attack on Planned Parenthood at the last Republican presidential debate. Costello asserted that "some say Carly Fiorina can't figure out how to define feminism for a GOP audience...she effectively stood up for women everywhere with that great comeback to Donald Trump. But then, she went to war with Planned Parenthood...I understand she's pro-life, but she used a falsehood out of that video to do it."

On Monday's Anderson Cooper 360, CNN's Drew Griffin hounded David Daleiden of the Center for Medical Progress over his insertion of outside footage into his undercover videos that targeted Planned Parenthood's sale of aborted babies' organs and tissue. Griffin underlined to Daleiden that "the problem people are having is, that this is not an aborted child...that does seem very deceptive to me." He also played up that "the confusion of David Daleiden's sloppy edits has made its way into the Republican presidential race."

Planned Parenthood is delighted with Rolling Stone magazine. They’re sending around a link to the hippie rag. Andrea Grimes penned what might be the most deluded clause of the year: “the myth that Planned Parenthood is a baby-killing behemoth persists, despite all evidence to the contrary.”

That makes as much sense as the magazine's false tale of gang rape at the University of Virginia.

Last night, Saturday Night Live used its cold opening skit to wade into the Planned Parenthood scandal and the “stomach churning” undercover videos released by the Center for Medical Progress. SNL opened with a skit featuring a recreation of Fox and Friends and cast member Vanessa Bayer initially tried to downplay the videos. While portraying Elizabeth Hasselbeck, Bayer joked that Planned Parenthood was “selling baby parts on Snapchat.”

Cradle Catholic Chris Matthews devoted a segment of his Oct. 7 Hardball program to furthering Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton's attack line against Republicans supporting a select-committee investigation into Planned Parenthood. Clinton likened the probe to the select committee investigating Benghazi. Joining in on the fun was liberal Rep. Loretta Sanchez (D-Calif.).
