During Rachel Maddow's live but actually not interview with Hillary Clinton on Friday night, Maddow asked Clinton if she had any "new ideas" on improving health care for veterans provided by the notoriously schlerotic Veterans Affairs department.

Considering that Maddow put this to a paleo-Dem whose politics have remained static since her undergrad days at Wellesley, Clinton's answer to Maddow's query was nearly certain to amuse.

Billionaire climate activist Tom Steyer has taken to doctoring his own biographical history to make himself seem more genuine.

In a Sept. 28, interview on MSNBC’s All in with Chris Hayes, Steyer told Hayes that his climate “conversion” happened a full ten years earlier than it actually did. Unfortunately for Steyer -- but fortunately for everyone who cares to know the truth -- he told a very different story in June 2014.

Lawrence O’Donnell and MSNBC proved again Tuesday night that Republican presidential candidates will never receive a break, even when they appear to be agreeing with them on an issue. On his show The Last Word, the liberal host held a segment on Ben Carson’s USA Today op-ed in which the Republican presidential candidate acknowledged the issue of police brutality, and offered a new way of addressing the problem.

MSNBC attempted to discredit conservative media on Thursday when Richard Lui brought on Joy Reid, a national correspondent for the network, to eviscerate right-wing news outlets for allegedly exposing Black Lives Matter organizer Shaun King as white. The Daily Caller, Breitbart News,The Blaze, blogger Vickie Pate, and CNN’s Don Lemon have all contributed evidence which strongly suggests the activist is lying about his race.

While filling in for Thomas Robers on MSNBC Live, Frances Rivera brought on Dan Olson from the San Juan Citizens Alliance to defend the EPA and cast all the blame on local mines in the region.

In his MSNBC show The Last Word Tuesday evening, Lawrence O’Donnell dedicated a segment to describing his opinion of what “good and bad socialism” looks like. Naturally his example of “good” socialism included the man and policies Bernie Sanders. It also included a 6 year old cover from Newsweek magazine that proclaimed “We Are All Socialists now,” which detailed how it's becoming normal (and good) for America to fund massive socialist policies like Social Security and Medicaid. Bad socialism is, of course, allowing the government to “socialize” the sports industry by subsidizing the construction of new stadiums for rich and greedy team owners and the millionaire athletes they employ.

MSNBC’s Morning Joe made a humorous blunder on Monday during their latest coverage of the Donald Trump saga. While discussing the effect Trump’s latest controversial comments might have on his campaign, senior MSNBC political analyst Mark Halperin, of Bloomberg, quoted a tweet supposedly from the North Korean news service. The twitter handle "@DPRK_News" belongs, however, to a parody account. And they vowed their revenge on the “U.S. television stooge.”

Wednesday night on All In, MSNBC's Chris Hayes invited Planned Parenthood executive vice president Dawn Laguens to the program to discuss the videos released by the Center for Medical Progress. Seemingly not too concerned with the selling of fetal baby parts, Hayes wondered if there was “some sense” that the “reproductive health” organization has “been infiltrated. I mean, are there security concerns?”

Tuesday on Morning Joe, regular contributor Mike Barnicle slammed Republicans who want to continue the fight against ObamaCare. Barnicle was aghast that Mike Lee (R-UT) expressed frustration at Mitch McConnell for the Kentucky Senator’s refusal to put another ObamaCare repeal on the floor. Barnicle shouted: “What is wrong with these people? I mean, what is going on?...Are they so unbound from reality that they continue to do this?”

Climate alarmist James Hansen recently dropped a “bombshell” study about rising seas, at least according to the media hyping his claims.

The former NASA lead climate scientist claimed sea levels could rise 10 feet in 50 years, which is far more than even the alarmist forecasts of the United Nations. Hansen and 16 co-authors published the study on July 23 in the open-source journal Atmospheric Chemistry and Physics. It has not been peer-reviewed.

In a discussion on Planned Parenthood today on Morning Joe, regular MSNBC contributor and editor of Bloomberg Politics Mark Halperin championed the popularity of the ‘family planning’ organization. Halperin asserted that “Planned Parenthood in general and what they do – as we saw with Mitt Romney – is pretty popular with a lot of people who will vote in this presidential election.”

As if anyone needed to be reminded, Chris Hayes really doesn’t like conservatives. The far left MSNBC host led off his show last night with an extended anti-Republican rant, then had fellow liberal Sam Seder come on the show to reinforce his monologue by claiming all the GOP presidential candidates are “buffoons” who are allowing the buffoon-leading Donald Trump set the issues for them.
