During an appearance on Fox News’ MediaBuzz on Sunday, Senator Ted Cruz blasted the liberal media for going easy on Hillary Clinton despite the numerous scandals surrounding her. Speaking to host Howard Kurtz, Cruz accused the media of being “docile” towards Hillary and if “any Republican did what she’s doing right now” the press would be obsessing over it on a daily basis.

Following Senator Ted Cruz’s “Center Seat” session on Wednesday’s Special Report, FNC’s Bret Baier ended his program with some YouTube clips showing Cruz “has a hidden talent on the campaign trail, apparently.” Cruz watched along with the audience and, afterward, offered an assessment of his talent.

I have had enough of smug liberal elites wrapped in their "Celebrate Diversity" banners tearing down minority conservatives.

Look in the mirror, media and academia bigots. Your own reflexive racism and divisive rhetoric are poisoning public discourse. There's nothing "progressive" about attacking the children and grandchildren of immigrants who proudly embrace an American identity.

We are not "self-hating." You just hate what we believe.

After an uproar, the Associated Press backed down and removed a photo of a gun pointed at the head of Senator Ted Cruz. In a statement to Breitbart, AP Vice President and Director of Media Relations Paul Colford conceded, "Five of the photos show Mr. Cruz with images of a pistol pointing at his head and upon consideration we have decided to remove those photos from further licensing through AP Images, our commercial photo syndication business."

Just days after a horrific shooting that took nine lives, the AP has the gall to unapologetically display a gun aimed at the head of a presidential candidate. They would never do this to Hillary Clinton or Barack Obama. Nor should they. This was not an accident and the AP owes Sen. Cruz, his wife and children, an immediate and unqualified apology.

The Associated Press, although it has apparently removed the primary photo involved from where it was posted last night at its APimages.com web site, is showing no remorse over having published what it has now admitted are five photos of 2016 Republican presidential candidate Ted Cruz containing "guns seen on a wall in the background so that it appeared a pistol was pointed at Sen. Cruz’s head."

AP Media Relations Director Paul Colford, in a statement seen at the Politico and Mediaite which he has not mentioned at his Twitter feed and (as far as I can tell) hasn't posted at any official wire service page, wants us to know that they had no bad intentions — so would everyone please leave them alone so they can continue purveying their "unintended" filth? It's hard to have any reaction other than that to Colford's lame and completely unacceptable statement, which follows the jump.

The Associated Press currently has a photo for sale at its APimages.com site showing a graphic of a gun pointing at Ted Cruz's head. It has been there since early Saturday evening.

It would appear that Charlie Neibergall, the person who snapped this photograph, had to patiently wait for the "right" moment to take the photo in question.

The opening rally of Hillary Clinton’s presidential campaign was the subject of fawning coverage on the nation’s top Spanish-language network, Univision, which failed to include a single critical voice in its report on Clinton’s speech at the rally and celebrated the participation in the event of activist Andrea González, a non-citizen who was the only person other than Clinton to address the crowd.

The editorial page editors at the New York Times posted a Tuesday item on their blog that shamelessly played up how the main villain from the Harry Potter book series, Voldemort, has a "higher rating than six Republicans, including Jeb Bush." The Washington Post's WonkBlog "compared polling data on the presidential hopefuls with Google Consumer Survey results on the fictional characters."

On Thursday, both CBS This Morning and NBC’s Today rushed to play up how Senator Ted Cruz apologized for a joke he made about Vice President Joe Biden just days after his son died but both ignored that the video of the comment was provided by the far left Super PAC American Bridge.

The setting: An interview with Texas Senator Ted Cruz and KMBT-TV’s Kevin Steele in Beaumont, Texas. Steele repeatedly asked Cruz if he had a “personal animosity against gay Americans?" Cruz would have none of it.
