Kendra Alleyne at CNSNews.com reports liberal Rep. Rosa DeLaura (D-Conn.) promoted the idea of a federal tax on soda pop. At a press conference Wednesday discussing the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), she lamented that more nutrititious fruit juice is a much more expensive beverage.
