Of all the people to take issue with President Trump’s Wednesday commencement address to the Coast Guard Academy, MSNBC’s Brian Williams explicitly and implicitly displayed his hypocrisy late Wednesday by knocking Trump for giving a “me-note speech” instead of a “keynote.”

On Thursday’s NBC Today, co-host Matt Lauer and former Obama administration official Jeremy Bash urged newly named Special Counsel Robert Mueller to use his investigative power to go on a fishing expedition to take down President Trump. Specifically, Lauer hoped the former FBI Director would demand to see Trump’s tax returns – documents the liberal media have long been desperate to examine.

In the moments following President Trump’s Thursday press conference with Italian Prime Minister Paolo Gentiloni, MSNBC and its myirad of guests swiftly condemned Trump for referring to the deadly shooting in Paris on the Champs-Élysées as a terrorist attack.

During Monday’s The 11th Hour on MSNBC, serial liar Brian Williams trotted of an expert panel of Trump critics and let them loose to smear the President’s actions against North Korea. “On the one hand, Brian, when you have a dangerous stand-off with a nuclear-armed adversary, of course, you would like to think that within our government we have stability, methodical planning, every step is very calculated,” declared Politico’s Michael Crowley, “And I'm not sure we can be certain that that’s happening in this administration right now.”

Once again, MSNBC prominently featured former Obama administration official Jeremy Bash as a nonpartisan intelligence analyst with an appearance on Wednesday’s The 11th Hour. Host Brian Williams swooned over Bash as an “institutionalist” while Bash warned that the Trump-Russia story “is a huge crisis” threatening “our Madisonian system of checks and balances.”

All three major broadcast networks offered Monday morning coverage of the House Intelligence Committee hearing on Russia and the 2016 election, but it was NBC that swooned over Democratic Congressman Adam Schiff (Calif.) and offered a hilarious slip that the Russians may have prevented their dear Hillary Clinton from winning.

Appearing to be torn between declaring President Donald Trump a liar and wanting to peg the administration as Russian conspirators, NBC’s Sunday Today decided to mischaracterize the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court. “We're throwing around the term FISA court, FISA warrant. Let’s explain a little bit Jeremy, what that means,” explained anchor Willie Geist, “The Federal Intelligence Surveillance Act, 1978, as you suggested in response to Nixonian domestic spying.”

As the old saying goes, ‘never let the facts stand in the way of a good story.’ The Big Three networks (ABC, CBS, and NBC) did just that Monday night when they pounced on claims made on social media that President Donald Trump and his national security team discussed details of the North Korean missile test in public. They gleefully read the Facebook posts of a man who was in the dining room with Trump and who claimed they were discussing the launch, even though Jeff Pegues admitted on CBS Evening News “It's not known what they were discussing…”

During The 11th Hour With Brian Williams, the former Nightly News host said that the feud between career government officials and the President over his executive order to ban immigration from seven terrorist-haven nations is like Trump wanting to "break furniture." The remark came after the admininistration fired Acting Attorney General Sally Yates, an Obama apointee, for not enforcing the immigration order.
