Putin Praises ‘Talented’ Trump, Points Out He Has Called for Deeper Relationship With Russia

Russian President Vladimir Putin on Thursday praised Donald Trump as “talented,” and noted that the “absolute leader”  in the GOP presidential contest says he wants a deeper relationship with Russia. “How can we not welcome that?”
