Two largely unheralded accomplishments by President Trump right out of the gate -- first, his mere presence in Washington compelled countless women to get more exercise in one day than Michelle Obama could persuade them to exert over eight years. And second, inducing liberal court jester Bill Maher to question the sanctity of a major federal bureaucracy. Not bad for Trump's first weekend in office.

Maher conspicuously deviated from his practice of including at least a token conservative or Trump supporter among his guests on Friday night's season opener of HBO's Real Time with Bill Maher, opting instead to go unchallenged with a group of like-minded leftists who nodded vigorously in agreement. A safe space indeed for a man who once touted his politically incorrect bona fides.

As far-left HBO comedian Bill Maher concluded the regular "New Rules" segment of his Real Time show on Friday, he cited statistics on heroin and prescription drug abuse in states that voted for Donald Trump to portray his supporters as "f***king drug addicts," and ended up mockingly advising them to learn a lesson from liberals and switch to marijuana because of all the painkiller overdose deaths in these states.

Wednesday night on Jimmy Kimmel Live, HBO liberal talkshow host Bill Maher came on the show to bash conservatives and call on the media to hold Trump accountable. Without any sense of irony, Maher lectured Kimmel on the need for hosts like him to hold Trump’s “feet to the fire” as if the media gives Trump the adoring Obama treatment. Maher then told Kimmel that the media can’t treat the right the same as the left after this election because one side had gone to “crazytown.”

NewsBusters is recounting the most obnoxious liberal bias of 2016. Today, we finish the series with some of the most outlandish celebrity quotes of 2016, mostly of the Hollywood elite shaking their pom-poms for Hillary, hyperventilating over the idea that Trump might actually be elected, and crying “racism” or “sexism” when things don’t go their way.

Bill Maher is on a hiatus from his HBO Real Time show until January. However, that doesn't mean he isn't still providing a bit of humor even if it's inadvertent. And Maher's latest bit of unintentional humor comes in the form of a presidential endorsement for 2020. What his endorsement reveals is how laughably shallow the Democrat field of potential candidates is.

On Friday's Real Time on HBO, far left host Bill Maher seemed to be in a panic over the possibility that Donald Trump will be elected President, as he repeatedly hit on his worries that there is a "slow-moving, right-wing coup" that will bring to power a "fascist" President Trump, even going so far as to invoke the Rwanda genocide of the 1990s and Nazi dictator Adolf Hitler. Maher even ended up admitting that he and other liberals "cried wolf" in their attacks on President George W. Bush and GOP candidates Mitt Romney and John McCain, calling it a "big mistake" on their part.

Turns out there's at least one benefit to Hillary Clinton's run for president -- it provides a glimpse of a previously unseen aspect to filmmaker Michael Moore's personality.

Moore revealed this on HBO's Real Time with Bill Maher over the weekend while talking with the host and actress/comedian Chelsea Handler about Clinton's "badass" awesomeness.

On Friday's Real Time with Bill Maher, liberal comedienne Chelsea Handler joined with host Maher to promote the use of alcohol and illicit drugs as the two excoriated those who abstain as being "untrustworthy" and "f***ing tricky." Maher brought up Donald Trump's refusal to drink alcohol as a strike against the GOP presidential candidate, as he brought aboard Handler and soon posed: "One thing we did on this show for a while was trying to show red flags about Donald Trump, and I love one of yours that I did not think of, which is that he doesn't drink. And you say this is a red flag."

Appearing as a guest on Friday's Real Time with Bill Maher on HBO, far left CNN political commentator Van Jones made his latest venture into hyperbole as he claimed that congressional Republicans would be committing "treason" if they keep their promises to "obstruct" Hillary Clinton's agenda if she is elected President. And, even though the federal government exists as three branches for the purpose of preventing "tyranny," Jones claimed that it would be "tyranny of the branch" if Senate Republicans blocked Clinton's Supreme Court nominees.

Remember Ahmed the Clock Boy? He was the high school student arrested and suspended last year when he brought a disassembled clock to school in Texas because it was suspected to be a bomb. Young Ahmed Mohamed was hailed in much of the mainstream media at the time as a genius because he supposedly made a digital clock. Well, that turned out to be completely untrue. Far from being a budding Einstein,  Ahmed merely removed a clock from its plastic casing and then placed it into a pencil case. After loudly drawing attention to his "invention," he was sent to the principal's office because of zero tolerance policy for possible weapons. After much media hype about Ahmed, he and his family moved to Qatar from which they have returned to pursue a lawsuit.

Unfortunately, now that the Clock Boy is back in the news, the MSM is again repeating the myth about his "homemade" clock. Should any of you still doubt as to how his clock was built, watch the video of Bill Maher below which reveals just how "homemade" it really was.

[Warning: profanity ahead.] The not-married Bill Maher on Thursday closed out his live convention shows by insisting that Bill Clinton can “fuck around” on Hillary Clinton and still “love her.” The Real Time host also pleaded for Americans to have a more “European” attitude about such infidelities.

When Bill Maher isn’t bashing Nazi Republicans who plan to put immigrants in “boxcars,” the HBO comic wants to bring people together. The Real Time host opened a live, post-convention version of his show with this nasty joke: “For people who have been saying elections didn't offer a real choice, it is kind of a real choice. Right? ‘Hillary is going to fight for you.’ ‘Hillary is going to murder you.’ ‘How do we welcome immigrants?’ ‘How many can we  fit in a boxcar?’"
