In the midst of a terror attack and President Trump’s travels abroad, the fun-filled cast of MSNBC’s Morning Joe still found the time to bash the President’s new budget on Tuesday.  Meeting with Senator McCaskill of Missouri they discussed at length the horror that would ensue were the budget to be brought into existence. Scarborough lamented the ‘savage’ cuts to different government programs before discussing the fate of McCaskill’s constituents,“Rural hospitals will be obliterated by these budgets that will not only severely curtail health care for Americans in rural America, but also as you were just saying, will also slash jobs from those communities, in communities that can't afford more job loss.”

Joe Scarborough unapologetically declared on Tuesday’s edition of Morning Joe that President Donald Trump was guilty of a conspiracy to end the FBI investigation into Russia. Stringing together the patchwork mess of media revelations and unsubstantiated claims of recent days he concluded, “Whether you work for Donald Trump in the White House, whether you are the DNI, whether you're the head of the NSA, whether you are the head of the FBI, Donald Trump is asking you to engage in a conspiracy to stop an investigation, to end an investigation, to kill an investigation into possible illegal actions by him and members of his administration, people who are close to him.”

While discussing the potential impact of President Trump’s Middle Eastern visit on Monday’s edition of Morning Joe, BBC World News anchor Katty Kay created controversy within the panel when she fretted that the commander-in-chief was "alienating" Iran while visiting Saudi Arabia and Israeli. She even laughably declared that Iran was a "potentially" "pro-American nation."

After Brookings Institution Senior Fellow Benjamin Wittes, a friend of fired FBI Director James Comey, took to PBS to accuse President Trump of a “calculated” attempt to “compromise” Comey simply by shaking the law enforcement chief’s hand at a White House event, the media ran wild with the story on Friday as another controversy for the commander-in-chief.

In the tumultuous world we currently live, there are a number of worthy topics of discussion. One possibility could be international issues involving countries such as North Korea, Iran, or ISIS.  Another might be hotly debated domestic issues including health care, entitlements, or even national spending. Instead of any of this, the cast of MSNBC’s Morning Joe chose to spend an entire segment debating a joke made by House Majority Leader Kevin McCarthy.

The callous hosts at MSNBC on Thursday used the sudden death of Roger Ailes as a way to spike the ratings football and tout their recent successes against Fox News. Morning Joe co-host Joe Scarborough bragged, “Fox News is an absolute mess. We talked about this earlier in passing. Roger Ailes gone for, what, maybe six months, a year, and for first time this century, they aren't in first place. In fact, for the first time this century, they are in third place.”

Ever since James Comey was fired from his position as FBI Director by Donald Trump, the progressive left and their allies have been in an uproar. Several have voiced the opinion that Trump did this in order to end the FBI investigation into Russian interference in the 2016 election. One Yale history professor, however, put forth the claim that the President’s actions foreshadow a much more sinister pattern of events during Wednesday's edition of Morning Joe.

“Joe, is it fair to say with your legal background and the guests we have that we are looking at potential of obstruction of justice here?” Morning Joe co-host Mika Brzezinski breathlessly asked her fellow co-host/fiancé, Joe Scarborough during their Wednesday show. “Well, you know Mika,” Scarborough replied, “As I always said on the campaign trail when people asked me if I was a lawyer I said, 'yes, I am, but not a good one.' So, let's go to Jonathan Turley who was a good one!" Apparently, even on MSNBC the truth does emerge occasionally!

On Tuesday afternoon, White House counselor and former Trump campaign manager Kellyanne Conway responded on Twitter to suggestions lodged on Monday by Morning Joe co-hosts/lovers Joe Scarborough and Mika Brzezinski that she secretly loathes President Trump.

Following the uproar brought about by his Washington Post article that President Donald Trump leaked classified information during a meeting with Russian officials, columnist Greg Miller turned to the hostile and completely unsafe space of Morning Joe to discuss his story. Just kidding! The friendly liberal show didn't even bother to ask the questions that a real reporter would ask, pressing Miller on his use of numerous anonymous sources. The unconfirmed scoop comes on the heels of the Post getting several facts wrong in its rush to report on the President firing FBI Director James Comey.

While in the midst of another fun-filled Monday segment of bashing the Trump Administration, the panel of MSNBC’s Morning Joe took the time to once again reiterate the media narrative of the President being tied to Russia.  Their target this time was the law firm that Trump uses to manage his taxes, Morganm Lewis, and Bockius.  The panelists howled with laughter over the fact that the firm had received in 2016 the Russian Law Firm of the Year Award.

Mika Brzezinski, co-host of MSNBC's Morning Joe, had strong words on Friday, May 12, for the show's rival on the Cable News Network: "You've got to stop putting [White House Counselor] Kellyanne Conway on the air. It's politics porn."
