Ripping members of the liberal media who’ve criticized press outlets for publishing photos of San Bernardino terrorist Tashfeen Malik wearing a hijab, Fox News host Megyn Kelly teamed with guest Howard Kurtz on Monday night to excoriate the “ludicrous” line of thinking by Melissa Harris-Perry and an Al Jazeera producer (among others) that even led Kelly to exclaim that “[n]o one gives a crap about that.”

Kaufman ridiculed Fox as "nightmare fuel for elderly white people who just want to celebrate Christmas" after Storm, a former al Qaeda terrorist, predicted that "within the next two weeks, we will have an attack" on U.S. soil on a "softer target." Kaufman really ought to be more careful about whom he mocks — but then again, he's at Salon, where there's apparently no accountability, or sense of shame.

Here at NewsBusters, we usually reserve popcorn-popping for times when Democrats are scrapping among themselves. But in this strange political season, it looks like we could be in for some Orville Redenbacher moments among Republicans, too.
On today's Morning Joe, Joe Scarborough mentioned having watched some of Megyn Kelly's Fox News show last night, and claimed that Kelly was "vicious" in going after Donald Trump. On Friday's The Kelly File on Fox News Channel, Harvard Law's Alan Dershowitz blasted left-wing student activists over their chilling of free speech on many college campuses: "These are the same people who claim they're seeking diversity. The last thing many of these students want is real diversity — diversity of ideas." Dershowitz continued by pointing out that "it was the students at universities who first started burning books during the Nazi regime. And these students are book-burners." He later asserted that "the fog of fascism is descending quickly over many American universities."

On Wednesday's The Kelly File, Fox News Channel's Megyn Kelly touted Donald Trump's interview on CNN's New Day hours earlier where "he slams the very network he's on the phone with — something he is apparently fond of doing." Trump attacked CNN correspondent Sara Murray several times during Chris Cuomo's interview of the Republican presidential candidate. Kelly contended that the billionaire was "just as ornery as ever about reporters who don't cover him exactly the way he wants to be covered."

On Tuesday night’s Kelly File, MRC President Brent Bozell helped preview CNN’s Democratic presidential debate and demanded that the cable network treat the Democratic candidates the same as the Republicans were treated when Jake Tapper moderated CNN's Republican debate. In response to CNN’s Anderson Cooper who claimed it will be hard to get the Democrats to actually challenge each other, Bozell stressed the CNN host doesn’t have “the right to in a solo way decide what he’s going to do on a network that has done just the opposite with Republicans.”
