MSNBC's Al Sharpton on Monday took issue with George Will saying on Fox News Sunday, “Of course I want ObamaCare to fail.”

As liberal media members step over themselves to defame the GOP for not walking in lockstep with one another much as Democrats do, they seem to be ignoring a tremendously inconvenient truth.

On Saturday's The Ed Show on MSNBC, host Ed Schultz went ballistic over conservative columnist and ABC commentator George Will blaming Detroit's bankruptcy on cultural problems, and charged that Will's comments were "about as insulting and as racist as it gets."
After playing a clip of Will from ABC's This Week show, Schultz ranted:
Ed Schultz has spent weeks blaming Detroit’s recent bankruptcy filing on Republican policies, even though the city has been firmly in Democratic hands for decades. The bombastic MSNBC host has called the city a “conservative utopia,” arguing that Republican anti-union policies have “gutted Detroit.”
Schultz’s latest tirade came on Saturday’s The Ed Show, when the left-wing host bizarrely claimed that Republicans have “taken democracy away from Detroit.” Schultz further suggested that Republicans “circumvent[ed] local elections in this country” and “discard[ed] what people want and say about their communities.”
George Will had some harsh words on Sunday for Governor Chris Christie’s (R –N.J.) condemnation of Libertarianism this week.
Appearing on ABC’s This Week, Will said, “If Mr. Christie thinks that's a dangerous thought, a number of people are going to say Mr. Christie himself may be dangerous” (video follows with transcript and absolutely no need for additional commentary):

ABC This Week viewers on Sunday were treated to a classic socio-economic debate between liberals and a lone conservative.
With the issue at hand being Detroit's announced bankruptcy and whether the federal government should bail it out, the liberal view was championed by the Nation's Katrina Vanden Heuvel and MSNBC's Steve Rattner.
