Millionaire Comedian Russell Brand Says 'Profit Is a Filthy Word,' Fox's Neil Cavuto Says 'Shut Up!'

Fox News anchor Neil Cavuto told him to shut up, but British actor/comedian Russell Brand announced on BBC Newsnight that British prime minister  "David Cameron says profit isn't a dirty word, well I say profit is a filthy word."  Celebrity Net Worth says Brand is worth $15 million, and could more than double that in his divorce settlement with pop star Katy Perry.

Brand insisted on "massive redistribution of wealth" and  profit "hugely reduced," so why not start with actors? (Video below)

Brand said he favors “a socialist egalitarian system based on the massive redistribution of wealth, heavy taxation of corporations and massive responsibility for energy companies any company exploiting the environment. I think they should be taxed – I think the very concept of profit should be hugely reduced.” Then came the Cameron sentence.

Cavuto, putting on a British accent, said “And I say Russell, you should just shut up, because you’re worth 15 million bucks!”

London's Daily Mail elaborated that Brand was blaming his drug problems on "social conditions," like many leftists do:

“I was busy being a drug addict at that point because I had come from the kind of social conditions that exacerbated by an indifferent system,” and now doesn’t vote because the whole system is corrupt and treacherous: “'I'm not voting out of absolute indifference, weariness and exhaustion over the lies treachery and deceit of the political class which has been going on for generations now...Voting is tacit [complicitness] to that system.”

The Daily Mail is being generous to try and make his comments more decipherable.

Brand apparently favors a “revolution” from someone more radical than the current leftist parties in the United Kingdom:

"I'm angry, because for me its real. this is what I come from... there is going to be a revolution,' he retorts, then addressing the watching population said, 'don't bother voting. Stop voting stop pretending, wake up, be in reality now. Why vote? We know it's not going to make any difference. When there is a genuine alternative, do it.”
