MSNBC's News Live on Friday confused an outraged speech by Democratic Congressman Anthony Weiner with a deadly bear attack in Montana. Shortly before 11am eastern time, as anchor Thomas Roberts previewed a story on the bear, the network featured a graphic reading, "Infuriated Congressman."
A few seconds later, Roberts teased a story on Representative Weiner's denunciation of Republicans over funding for 9/11 first responders. The graphic then warned, "When Bears Attack."
