Certainly, it's no surprise some in the Bush deranged press are calling the last decade the worst in history...but is it? With devastating wars and depressions in America's past, surely there have been worse.
With this in mind, tell us what was the worst decade in American history and why. Also, who other than the object of the media's disaffection should take the blame for problems which befell us the past ten years?
Finally, does this arbitrary viewing of history from decadal divisions have any meaning anymore? Won't posterity likely look upon November 8, 2008, as a much greater pivot point than January 1, 2010?
