The View Crew Brags They Don't Share 'Fake News:' Really?

December 8th, 2016 12:53 PM

On Wednesday’s The View, the notoriously biased panel touted their trustworthy reputations, in a completely unironic segment. While discussing ‘fake news,’ the panel contrasted right-leaning media website Breitbart with the “news” they give on The View. The most radically left hosts, Joy Behar, Sunny Hostin and Whoopi Goldberg, gushed over their own credibility, touting that any facts they give are “fact-checked” by their network’s ABC News.

JOY BEHAR: We give opinions but when we give facts it's checked with ABC News

Whoopi Goldberg and Sunny Hostin agreed, to audience applause:

SUNNY HOSTIN: Absolutely. [claps] Absolutely.

WHOOPI GOLDBERG: Or -- you know, we don't just go to one place. We don't just go to one place. We actually have -- we are held to a different standard. We have to look at many different places before we can say that's what's happening.

HOSTIN: Everything is sourced. Everything is sourced.

To celebrate The View’s revered “truthiness,” we decided to showcase just a few of the times in this past year that The View hosts’ facts were, well...less than factual.
