MRC's Motley Discusses FCC Diversity Czar on August 31 Glenn Beck

Motley argued that, armed with FCC &quot;localism&quot; and &quot;diversity&quot; regulations, Lloyd could prove instrumental in working a back-door regulatory alternative to the so-called Fairness Doctrine.</p>
