I agree that the "muslim religion" comment was a slip.  Nothing sinister.

The part that really got me was when he tried to "clarify" what he meant by his comment concerning not wanting his daughters being punished by a baby if they made a mistake.  He floundered painfully for way too long before I got so disgusted I had to leave to get another cup of coffee in the kitchen.  Not sure when he shut up but it was painful to watch and listen to.  His "...uh...uh...uh..." thoughtful pauses were in overdrive!

I was thinking about how Palin is being called a right-wing extremist, yet we never hear Obama or Biden called left-wing extremists. 

As I was thinking about this it occured to me:  isn't it strange that it is considered extremist to believe a human embryo is a human life, yet it is perfectly reasonable to believe that if a baby survives an abortion attempt, it's OK to kill it? 

And it's intolerance to believe marriage is for a man and a woman, or defending ourselves against terrorists and tyrants is warmongering, or prosecution of criminals is fascism, or...you get the point.  Who are the extremists?

Yeah, I am tired of fake outrage on both sides. I cannot vote for Obama because of ideological reasons. I honestly could care less if he were Muslim. What I do care about is whether he loves America (which I believe he does), whether he has what it takes to make hard decisions (No), whether his vision for America is good for America (double No).

His associations concern me because they speak to his deepest convictions, birds of a feather, you know.

And finally (but most importantly), I made a vow some time ago to never vote for a Pro-Choice candidate. Never.

Now that is enough seriousness for one day. Back to the sarcastic remarks!

I think it's fair to say that "gotcha politics" is the way of the Democrats, and the MSM. Maybe when you're in a pie fight, you throw pies.

Glad to see the abortion issue in the news again. Joe Biden is another one of the liars who claim to be Catholic and yet support killing babies in the womb. Yeah, I'm with you. How do you accidentally say "my Muslim faith"? That's like accidentally saying "my gay lover". I didn't listen to the whole interview, so maybe he did make an innocent mistake. Hope he cuts out those innocent mistake if he makes it to the White House. I'd hate for him to hit the high gas price button when he meant to hit the low gas price button. ;)

One of the most interesting parts of the interview to me was when he said we need to stop comparing the resumes of the candidates, lol.

Yeah, I bet you do want to stop with the resume comparisons. I don't blame you....I would too.

As Larry Kudlow pointed out...Obam's tax cuts are actually tax credits. i might have missed it, but i have not seen one marginal tax rate proposed by Obam's yet.  Oh then again that would mean stating something specific, which he will avoid like the plague

The gotcha game is just a diversion from the real issues when they don't help your candidate, that's why the Dem mouthpieces, the MSM play the game. In fact, I'm more inclined to believe the MSM will opportunistically cover the blogs responding to it in an agent provocateur manner to discredit the blogs. 

However, I have a gotcha and substantive issue rolled into one.  You think the MSM will cover it?  My bet, not even as well as they did the Edwards cheating story. Because if they did, the entire house of cards would come tumbling down and we would have Clinton crying for a "do over" to take the empty suit's place.

I'm tired of all these remarks that John McCain is not healthy enough to be President because he is old. There is statisical evidence that Obama could be just as much at risk.

So now the members of that elite society with the 75% disapproval rating get to skate! A little history is in order here. it wasn't long ago when the mortgage companies were accused of "redlining". A process that congress called racist. It was no more than a method of qualifying potential mortgage clients. I remember Schumer declaring that "every American has a right to his own home." The fact that every American needs to pay for his home was noticably missing. Now Congress gets to walk away, those Americans that deserved the home get to walk away and the Americans who continue to pay for their home, get to pay the tab. I can't remember a larger transfer of wealth! 

I see a correlation between how the drive by media is treating Gov. Palin and the story of Balak and Balaam. If you don't know the story from the Bible, Balak hired Balaam to curse the nation of Israel. Everytime he did God blessed the nation. The media is getting their Balaam's to curse Gov. Palin. One problem. She is getting stronger and more support from these attacks.

One other thing. Balaam's jackass talked to him.  

If pro is the opposite of con what is the opposite of progress? Congress!

I'm in the minority on giving Obama a pass regarding the Muslim faux pas.

When I make a misstatement and someone corrects me, my facial expression changes.  My recollection is his didn't--or at least a way that I would consider normal. Probably not someone I'd like to play poker with in any case.

From all the reports, Lawrence Sinclair is a just a gay who hasn't committed a crime for over 20 years (his crimes were petty theft and nothing violent).

The Obama campaign will not address Mr. Sinclair's charges of drug use and adultery with him.

David Axelrod though did though put Lawrence Sinclair on a watch list by the Secret Service when Mr. Sinclair has not gone anywhere near Obama.
Sinclair though was at the Republican Convention protesting the Obama campaign and is a supporter of Gov. Sarah Palin.

I have had their operatives at Yahoo illegally going through my mail, an operative at Microsoft phishing for my information and my blog is being messed with from inside Google.

For some reason the right wing media remains silent in all of this, but what are they going to do when President Obama starts throwing them in prison. Mr. Bozell is going to get no support whatsoever from the press.

Maybe Newsbusters should be looking at who is on Obama's watch list of Americans, as it is certain terrorist Ayers, Middle East terrorists are not on any Obama watch lists.
