After several days of silence, Univision finally got around to covering the horrific Rockville rape. In so doing, the network aired a stunning admission that blows its liberal narrative and immigration agenda completely out of the water.

With the GOP’s new health care bill limping into Thursday’s vote in the House especially after the brutal Congressional Budget Office report, the media are taking every chance to give it one more kick. But during Tuesday’s CNN Tonight, commentator David Gergen claimed that the CBO had put out an even more damaging report. “We’ve just learned in last 24 hours the Congressional Budget Office says that: if you let this bill -- Obamacare, just die, you will have more people with insurance than if you put repeal and replace into place,” he claimed. But the kicker is the CBO did not put out such a report.

Hulu’s The Mindy Project randomly peppered its latest episode "Mindy's Best Friend" with names from the political universe as if some of them were known personally. Throughout the half hour show, famous political figures were name-dropped no less than 7 times.

On Tuesday, the crazy train on MSNBC’s Hardball was firing on all cylinders. Host Chris Matthews was in rare form as he compared President Trump to O.J. Simpson and suggested that journalists (especially newspapers) should be automatically believed because, supposedly, no other group of humanity tells the truth better than journalists.

The defunding of the Corporation for Public Broadcasting is long past overdue. No president, including Ronald Reagan, seriously pushed an immediate winding down of this corrupt and outdated waste of taxpayer funds. Who would have ever imagined that Donald Trump would be the first to do this?

His first budget takes that step, not just to save of ton of taxpayer money ($450 million is a lot of money), but to establish a principle about our leftist media. It’s simply not appropriate for the federal government to fund Democratic propaganda badly disguised as “news.”

NBC didn't bury the story after a commercial break like the other networks, but they did try to paint President Donald Trump’s nominee in a highly negative light, literally. “Gorsuch says he met Mr. Trump when interviewed for the job,” reported justice correspondent Pete Williams on NBC Nightly News. While he was saying that, a dreary black and white clip of Gorsuch shaking Trump’s hand played in slow motion. It looking as though it was a scene out of a TV murder documentary.

The Obama White House got the star treatment when they were in office, so they were all-but-guaranteed the same Hollywood treatment out of office. Universal Pictures and Anonymous Content supposedly have a “high-concept workplace comedy” in the works, a movie called From the Corner of the Oval. Set for a 2018 release, the movie will be based on a book proposal from former White House stenographer, Beck Dorey-Stein.

Loony MSNBC host Chris Matthews concluded Tuesday night’s Hardball with a loud berating of Senate Republicans and Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell for not confirming Obama Supreme Court pick Merrick Garland, engaging in “low-level politics” harming the country.

To CBS Sports blogger R.J. Anderson, Colin Kaepernick will do just fine if he never plays football again. On the other hand, when Tim Tebow resumes life as a professional athlete he will do so as a "divider."

Tuesday’s White House press briefing featured a question from WTTG Fox 5’s Ronica Cleary that went against the liberal media’s narratives of the day, asking press secretary Sean Spicer about the alleged brutal rape of a high school student outside Washington D.C. by an illegal immigrant.

During an interview with Virginia Congressman Dave Brat on Tuesday, MSNBC’s Katy Tur got embarrassingly schooled on the fact that liberal media bias is a measurable fact. “Well, it’s hard on my side of the aisle. The press tends to be kind of like the faculty lounge where I taught for 20 years,” Brat joked, “I think 90 percent or so tend to be fairly Democratic. So, we always feel, you guys are kind of kind of coming after us.”

The New York Times two-column lead story Tuesday was predictable: FBI director James Comey’s testimony in front of the House Intelligence Committee, where he announced that the FBI is in fact “investigating whether members of President Trump’s campaign colluded with Russia to influence the 2016 election.” (The Supreme Court confirmation hearings for Trump nominee Neil Gorsuch were relegated to page 20.) “Comey Confirms Inquiry On Russia And Trump Allies," breathlessly reported that Comey had “placed a criminal investigation at the doorstep of the White House.” As a snotty sidebar, Tuesday’s front page also featured reporter Michael Shear, “G.O.P. Reply Is to Change The Subject.” Shear also eagerly used the “criminal investigation” formula.

After expressing his disappointment earlier in the day that Democrats had been unable to “lay a glove” on Supreme Court nominee Neil Gorsuch during Tuesday’s Senate confirmation hearing, during MSNBC’s 3 p.m. ET hour, anchor Brian Williams tried to assuage his fellow liberals by speculating that the conservative judge might shift left while on the high court.

During the second break in day two of Neil Gorsuch’s confirmation hearing Tuesday afternoon, CNN detected some wind in their sails as they swooned and congratulated their Democratic allies for supposedly giving the “testy” Gorsuch “a little bit more of a run for his money.” CNN found nothing to object to in the first break around lunchtime, so it was inevitable that they would concoct some sort of liberal spin to give Senate Democrats a boost.
