Report: NBC Producer Facing Charges For Secretly Filming Sex With Girlfriend

The New York Post's Jamie Schram reported on Tuesday that NBC News digital producer Carlo Dellaverson is facing criminal charges after "for secretly making a video of his girlfriend having sex with him on Valentines Day — and posting it on a porn web site." Schram cited anonymous sources in law enforcement, and detailed the alleged sexual misconduct by Dellaverson, who was charged with "disseminating unlawful surveillance and harassment."

The producer reportedly uploaded the sex video to the XTube website. The unnamed girlfriend "discovered the video on the accused perv's home computer several months later on Sept. 4 — and promptly dumped Dellaverson and moved out of the love nest." The NBC News journalist's wronged lover later e-mailed him, "asking him why he posted the video for the world to see — and he confirmed in his reply that he had put the steamy footage online, sources said."

Schram twice pointed out in his article that Dellaverson is the son of a former chief financial officer for the Metropolitan Transportation Authority – the government transportation authority that commuter rail lines in the New York City metro area.

This alleged incident obviously involves less violence than the ongoing Ray Rice domestic abuse scandal, but one wonders if more media outlets will get around to reporting it, as the victims in both cases are women.
