Mary Katharine Ham from screencap of Townhall.com, June 6, 2008 | NewsBusters.orgMary Katharine Ham, a friend and fan of NewsBusters and the Media Research Center, is working her last day at Townhall.com today. She starts her new job as online editor for the Washington Examiner on Tuesday.

On her way out the door, Ham is leaving her peeps with the last and perhaps funniest-ever edition of her "HamNation" vlog. Called "Obama on Your Shoulder," the music video mocks the presumptive Democratic presidential nominee as an all-wise angel-on-the-shoulder who knows how to live your life better than you do.

Video available here.

Best wishes in your new job, Mary Katharine, on behalf of all of us at NewsBusters.

We love Mary

We love Mary Katherine....good luck. hope you stay on foxnews too.

If I was 30 years younger and

not married, Mary Katharine Ham would be at the top of my list for the next Mrs.

Her head is on straight and darn cute too.

Write-on Mary Katherine

Congratulations Mary Katherine, you continue to make us North Carolinians proud.

Mary K

Conservatives have Mary K. beautiful, intelligent and a real star!

The Libs have Helen Thomas ... yecchh!

Good luck on the new job Mary.

man who is over 30, and is not a conservative, has no brains.

GO MKH!

OMG that was grrrrreat

We need a Celebrity Deathmatch: MKH v. Maddow

NOT QUITE...

I love MKH, but I would put Coulter in the cage. She is so hated by the left, & she would crush the ever so sexy Rachel Maddow. Get ready to tap out Maddow.

Good luck to Mary Katherine Ham in the future, stay on FoxNews, love you on The Factor & on Red Eye.

"...it's still We The People, Right?"  Megadeth

Yeah, you're right danybhoy

Yeah, you're right danybhoy - definitely Coulter.

ps; did you know Maddow can bench press 800lbs with just her head?

Mary katherine Ham is proof

Mary katherine Ham is proof that not only are conservative woman funnier, they're sexier too. : )

Obama on Your Shoulder...I

Obama on Your Shoulder...I love it.

I'm also going to miss her "The Week in Peeps." They are hilarious!

Not going to get into the conservative women vs. liberal, because...well, you know already.

Good luck MKH!!

Great Video

Great video, very funny, thanks for sharing. But sadly it is true.

Problem with the video

I loved the video but I can't get the song out of my head. You know the way you hear a song on the way to work and it sticks in your head all day? That has happened to me.

Isn't Bill Sammon (?) the editor of the Washington Examiner? What a great guy.

rickl... Same here about

rickl...

Same here about the song...it sticks with you....great job if that is her husband or relative doing the song, as I noticed afterwards on the credits.......

Bill Sammon is one of my all time favorite reporters/conservatives, I think you are right about his position now too...

MKH...may your career be long and fruitful...I love watching you on Fox too...thanks for all you do for the good guys out here...looking forward to following your work.

Ken, it's a fun video.. but what would really knock the socks..

Ken, it's really a fun video.. but it makes one think -- what would really knock their socks off  -- reflecting a bit here of Mark Levin's audio we listened to yesterday, would be a video collection of dozens of clips of the Matthew's and  the "quote" news "reporters" out there and their little fawning ("it's really difficult to be objective..") expressions over Obama.

Being able to pass such around amongst thousands of interested voters would pack a mighty puch. (;~> gary

Now that she appears more

Now that she appears more frequently on O'Reilly (much to my delight - when he lets her get a word in edge-wise), there should be a regular segment named "Ham and The Ham".
