Unfortunately, we may have to endure yet another Trump tirade from Meryl Streep.
On Jan. 24, 2017 the Huffington Post reported that Meryl Streep was nominated for her 20th Academy Award. “Queen Meryl” as the Huffington Post referred to her, made headlines recently after going on a six minute rant at the Golden Globes about how terrible she thinks Donald Trump is.
While her speech drew criticism from some on the right for being out of line, it was widely applauded by the ultra-left Hollywood crowd in attendance and the news media.

Trump responded to her speech in a tweet calling the actress “overrated.”

Streep gave $113,000 to Democrats in just 4 years and spoke at the Democratic National Convention where she praised Presidential candidate Hillary Clinton.
After her rambling tirade at the Golden Globes, it is no surprise that Hollywood would nominate her for yet another award. If she wins, we can only hope her speech will pertain to perhaps… acting… this time. Probably not. Oh well.
